My Thali Today....French Beans Talasani ..Parasbi Talasani ( French Beans Sabji )., Jeera-Mirya (cumminseeds n black peeper) coconut kadhi. , Patrani Machi ...... Parsee styled steamed Pomfret Pieces.... We can fry it instead of steaming too , Prawns Rawa Fry ,Beetroot Raita....n.... Rice.


 

French Beans Talasani ..Parasbi Talasani ( French Beans Sabji )...


Make 1 inch French beans pieces.. 

Make Tadka with Oil , add lots of Crushed Garlic, whole red cilli, fry it till brown 

Add French Beans pieces..add haldi, red chilli powder, salt ,little of gud or sugar to taste 

(optional)..mix it nicely...add some water .keep the lid.. cook it till it becomes soft .or 

French Beans cook nicely. 

Keep it till alll water gets dry.. when it becomes completely dry.. Talasani is ready to 

serve. .




Jeera-Mirya (cumminseeds n black peeper) coconut kadhi..

Recipe..

In 1/tsp.ghee fry 2tsp jeera,1/2tsp miri(black pepper) ,2-3garlic chopped till light

 brown,add 1 or 2 red whole chillies in it..

 grind this with 2wati fresh grated coconut in fine paste..

 then add some water in this ground masala,add some salt, 2 kokum,and boil it for 2 

minutes.. switch off the gas before it strts boiling..then add tadka of ghee &4-5 garlic in 

it..

kadhi is ready to serve



Patrani Machi ...... Parsee styled steamed Pomfrets... We can fry it instead of 

steaming too .


1.Clean and wash Pomfrets.Make pieces of it.

2.Apply salt and haldi to it.

3.Grind Chutney with dhania leaves, pudina leaves, green chillies chopped, fresh grated 

coconut, grated ginger and garlic, and jeera..

4.add salt as per taste.add lemon juice to the ground chutney.I haved added roasted jeera 

powder in it.(optional).

5.Stuff this masala in the pomfrets.and apply some masala from outside it.

5.Make 2-3 pieces of banana leaves. heat it slightly from both sides..so that it will be 

easier to wrap.

6.Spread green masala on the leaves.keep pomfret pieces on it.and wrap it properly 

with toothpicks and thread.


7.Steam these properly wrapped pomfrets in a steamer for 20 minutes till it get well 

cooked.

8. Patrani Machi is ready to serve.




Beetroot Raita.. 

Recipe..

Cook Beetroot big pieces with some  salt n little 

water. in the pressure cooker.then peel it.make 

small pieces..then add finely chopped 

onions.add  curd.add salt if you need.mix it 

nicely.then make tadka with ghee adding 

mustard seeds, currypatta, red whole chilli 

piece, choppped green chilli, n pinch of hing.add

 it in the Raita

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
