Sprouted Moong n Suran Curry With Ground Coconut Masala... Thanks to Leena Shenoy for lovely Recipe.. Recipe... Sprout Green Moong ..1Cup To sprout Moong soak the Moong for 6 to 7 hours. Remove water n and keep it aside overnight. In the morning you will see the Moong sprouted suran cut into medium pieces...1cup Cook sprouted Moong n Suran pieces with salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. then add 1 chopped green chilli n cook for some more time.. Grind in to fine paste..Grated coconut... 1 cup Dhania seeds... 1 tbsp, Cumin seeds... 1 tsp Green chillies ..4 , Haldi..1tsp, Salt Add this fine Paste in to the boiled Moong n Suran ...mix well. Cover and cook for some time. In a Tadka pan heat 1tabsp.of oil , add mustard seeds 1tsp. and cumin seeds 1/2tsp ,. When they splutter add curry leaves 5to 6...stir it .
