Potato Jumping..
Recipe..
jumping potato is very easy..take little more oil
add lots of crushed garlic..after grying add
boiled baby potatoes,haldi,salt and lots of red
chilli powder..&fry it till potatoes get
crisp..because it is spicy we call it potato
jumping!!!!

Ash Gourd (Kuvalya or Kohla) Pulissery
Recipe..
Remove skin of Ash Gourd.make medium pieces.
Take 1cup of pieces.
Boil it with1/4 sp Haldi,very little salt , 3to 4
pieces of green chillies n water 1cup .
Grind fresh 1/2 cup of grated coconut, 1/4
tsp.jeera , Black Pepper corns 5 to 6., Haldi 1/4
tsp.
Make fine paste.. add 1/2 cup whisked Dahi.
Mix it nicely.
Then add this mixture in cooked Ash Gourd.
Add salt as per taste. Add 7to 8 Curry leaves.
Boil it just for few minutes..
Keep stirring after adding masala.do not boil it
fully.or Dahi will get curdled.
Then add tadka with 1/4 tsp rai, pinch of methi
seeds, 1or 2 whole red chillies, some curry patta.
Puliserry is ready to serve.
Quick Mutton Rassa with home made fresh
garam masala powder.
Recipe..
Dry roast 2 tabsp.of dhania seeds , 1/2 tsp shaha
jeera, 5 black pepper corns , 6 Lavang,
1/4tsp.saunf , 2Green Elaichi, 1 Black masala
elaichi, 1/2 star anise, 1piece of dagadful, 1 small
piece of Javitri, 1 small piece of jaiphal, 2Red
chillies,1tsp. khaskhas (optional )
Fry it for 2 minutes.do not fry it till brown.
Make fine powder . You can preserve it in the
bottle.
Mutton Rassa..
Recipe..
Marinate 1/2kg mutton pieces with haldi, salt n
green masala paste with dhania, garlic n ginger
In pressure cooker take 3tabsps.of oil.
Add finely chopped onions.
Add 1tabsp.of garlic n ginger paste.
Fry it nicely till onions gets slightly browned.
Then add 1 finely chopped Tomato.
Fry again till it gets soft.
Then add 2to 3 tabsps of home made garam
masala powder, 1/2 tsp.haldi, Red chilli powder
as per taste, salt, .fry it nicely till all masala gets
mixed properly..
Add marinated mutton pieces.again fry till oil
separates
Then add dhania leaves n hot water.
Cook it in pressure cooker for 4to 5 whistles..n
then on slow flame for 10 minutes.
Or till mutton will be cooked soft.
Serve it with rice or rotis.
