I always make katachi amti like maharashtrian style,but this time I made simple saar...cook Chaana dal in pressure cooker...then put boiled chaana dal in a strainer..n take all the water in a vessel,,then add some green chilli, crushed garlic ,salt , sugar n 2 kokum,.n some dhania leaves.then boil it nicely.n add tadka with ghee, crushed garlic n whole red chilli..Garnish dhania leaves..you can serve it .
