Tadka Dal...
Recipe...
Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal with some garlic
pieces, haldi, green mirchi till Dal cooks very
soft.. then mash it or mix it till no Dal grain
remains.
Add water as much you need.. keep for
boiling..add salt in it.... mix it.. boil it properly..
keep the thickness of Dal as you like.
Make tadka with Ghee ..add mustard seeds,
jeera, green chilli add cushed lots of Garlic n
Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic gets
slight Brown...add some Haldi..add tomao
pieces..fry it .add
tadka in Dal.. Garnish with Dhania leaves..
Tomato Dal is ready to serve.
Cabbage Bhaji....
Recipe...
Chop Cabbage in thin long pieces..you can grate it .
Make Tadka in a pan with oil , add Rai ,Jeera ,
Currypatta ,green chillies ,
Hing n haldi..
Then add Cabbage in it.. Add some finely
chopped Tomato..Mix it..
Add little of Dhane n Jeera powder ..
add some Dhania leaves , add salt.. n cover it .
Cook it for 4to 5 minutes on low flame..
garnish it with fresh grated coconut n dhania
leaves n serve.
