My Thali... Bangda Ghashi ( Curry ) , Ghosale or (Ridge Gourd or Dodka ) Upakari or.... Bhaji , Bangda n Prawns Rawa Fry..n...Rice.


 
Bangda Ghashi ( Curry )...

Recipe..

 Clean fish thoroughly and apply salt and

 turmeric and keep aside.

 take 1/4 tsp oil in a pan and roast red chillies

 slightly. Roast 1tsp. dhania seeds, 5-6 methi

 seeds, few mustard seeds, 2 garlic cloves,

Then grind with small ball of tamarind,n water. 

make a fine paste.

Keep masala for boiling adding water as much 

as you need..add salt, Crushed Tirfal.n add some 

coconut oil while boiling.

Then add Bangda pieces in it.. boil for 4to 5 

minutes till Bangda gets cooked.

 serve with rice or chapati.





Ghosale or (Ridge Gourd or Dodka ) Upakari or....  Bhaji .


Recipe....


2 cup - Ridgegourd 

3/4 cup -Fresh grated coconut 

2 Green chillies

Rai..1/4tsp

Udid dal..1/4 tsp.

Curry patta.. 4 to 5

Pinch of Asafoetida 

Haldi.. pinch

Whole Red chilli ..1

Salt to taste 

Gud ..as per taste..( optional)


Chop the peel of Ridge gourd and wash it

 properly. Then make small pieces.

 Heat little oil in a pan,make tadka with rai, udid 

dal, green chilli , curypatta, 1whole red 

chilli, hing ,pinch haldi...

Add chopped ridge gourd add salt n Gud as per 

taste.. mix it..add some freash grated 

coconut..mix it.. add some water..n cover it.. 

n cook till it get well cooked n dry the remaining 

water in the bhaji.

Garnish with dhaniac leaves n serve.



Bangda n Prawns Rawa Fry...

Recipe..


Clean n wash Prawns  .

Wash n clean Bangda give slits to it.

Apply Lots of Garlic paste, salt, Haldi, Malvani 

masala or any other home made masala 

you have..or you can apply only red chilli 

powder. Add some lemon juice..n mix it 

proper!y..keep for some time..

Then in a plate take more of rice powder n little 

of rawa .add some salt, Malvani masala, 

mix it..

Roll each fish in it.. n shallow fry in some oil till 

crispy

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
