My Thali... Pomfret n Prawns Curry ( Goan Style without no oil ), Tendli Kachrya or Ivy Gourd Fry, Bhendi Kurkuri , Pomfret n Prawns Fry...n...Rice.
Tendli Kachrya or Ivy Gourd Fry...
Recipe..
Bhendi Kurkuri..
Make slit in the middle of bhendi,,and make it half....Make thin stripes
Apply some salt,haldi,red chilli powder, hing, black pepper powder.
Mix it properly.
Then add Rice powder,some Besan n 1 Tabsp.of Fine Rawa to coat it....mix it nicely.
Deep fry it in oil till crispy on low flame.
Pomfret n Prawns Curry ( Goan Style without no oil )
Recipe.
Clean n wash Pomfret pieces n Prawns..you can
make this curry with only Pomfret or only
Prawns. But tbis mixed combo gives more
flavour to Curry.
Apply some salt n Haldi to fish.
Keep it aside.
Then Grind 1 cup of fresh grated Coconut, 1
tabsp.of Dhania seeds.,1/4 sp.of whole Black
pepper, 3to 4 whole red chilli..I used Bedgi Chilli.
Hald, and 1 inch of Ginger piece.
Grind it with water as needed.. make very fine
paste.
Then keep this ground masala with adding
enough water as we want the thick or thin
gravy.. while Boiling green chilli n 1small onion
chopped, salt as per taste. Add 6 to 8 crushed
Teppal or Tirfal . and add 3 to 4 kokum.
After boing nicely add Pomfret pieces n Prawns .
Then bo curry for 5 minutes till fish gets well
cooked..
Fish curry is ready to serve.
