Biscuit Roti..or Masala Poori...Instant without
Stuffing.
Ingredients..
Wheat Flour..3 cups.
Besan... 4 tabsps.
Rawa... 4 tabsps.
Oil..1tabsp.To knead n more..to deep fry.
Green Mirchi... 5to 6
Dhania leaves...1tabsp. n more to add
Ginger... 1 inch.
Hing.. 1/2 tsp.
Curry patta..8to 10 leaves.
Grated Fresh Coconut.. 1/2 cup
Haldi..pinch.
Salt .as per taste.
Sugar (optional )less than 1/4 sp.
Jeera.(optional)..1/4 tsp.
Water.. to knead .as needed.
Method..
Crush coarsely with out water grated
Coconut,green chillies, dhania, Hing, Currypatta
haldi,
Then add Besan n rawa in this crushed things.
Add salt, sugar , jeera..n mix it nicely.. add wheat
flour as needed.. add water n some oil ..knead
dough just like Poori dough.
Keep it for 5 to 10 minutes. Or you can make it
immediately after kneading.
Make small round balls.. roll it like regular
Pooris ..not too thick nor thin .
Deep fry these Pooris.
Instant Biscuit rotis r ready to serve with
ketchup, or chutney.
Those Pooris taste yummy without any side dish.
