 Palak Tambli ..Palak n Coconut Thand Kadhi

 Palak Tambli...Recipe:


1.In a pan put 1/4 tsp.ghee and fry 1tsp.jeera, , 2-

3 green chopped chillies and add 1/4tsp. hing

2.grind 1/2 grated coconut, leaves of 1 bunch of 

palak leaves boiled for 2 minutes  and the above 

tadka(ghee,jeera,green chillies,hing),tamarind 

and salt together,make a fine paste

3.add water in the paste and tambli is ready.no 

need of heating..(water may be added as 

required)

4.serve with rice.




Double Beans Bendi):..

Recipe

soak double beans for 6 to 8 hours.. cook it in 

pressure cooker till soft..

grind red whole chillies,some ,2 to 3tabsp.fresh 

grated coconut,little imli(tamarind)..

make a fine paste..then add tirfal seeds in it and 

grind it 1 more time(if it is available..or it can be 

made without this.).. mix this masla with cooked 

beans,add salt..give a nice boil..

 make tadka of oil & lots of garlic.. 

add it in curry..

Bendi is ready to serve.


Lauki n Moong dal Sabji...

Recipe..

Chop fine pieces of Peeled Lauki.

Soak 3 tabsps.of Moong dal for 1/2 an hour.

Make tadka with oil ..add rai, some Jeera, curry 

patta, Chopped green chilli,.. add hing, haldi.

Then add Moong dal..mix it.add some water n 

cook it till moong dal is half cooked.. then add 

chopped Lauki ..mix it..add salt, n pinch gud if 

you like.  Cover it..n cook it till Lauki gets well 

cooked.. add fresh grated coconut 2tabsps...mix 

it. Sabji is ready to serve.

Methi Batata Bhaji..Recipe. In A Bowl take Grated Carrot..add Finely chopped little of Onion ( optional..you can skip it.. ),  Add 1to 2 tabsps of Grated Fresh Coconut ,Salt, Lemon Juice.  Mix it properly..Then add Tadka with Ghee , Rai, Curry Patta, Green chilli, small whole  red Chilli , Hing..  Rava-Kakdi Or Taushe Doddak Or Thalipeeth Or Bhakri... ( Cucumber Doddak ).. I have used our plain regular Green Cucumber. Ingredients... Grated Cucumber (Kakdi).. 1cup..to 1/2 cup. Rava or Suji... ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. Sugar ..1 tsp.or Gud... Small piece as per taste. Oil.. to fry Thalipeeth or Doddak. Water..to mix dough. Method... My Simple Fish Thali After a Long Time.. Bangada Tikhle , Bangda ( Mackerel ) n Bombil (Bombay Duck ) Fry , onion ..n...Rice.

 Bangda (Mackerel )Fish Tikhle Recipe... clean 4 Bangda fish & make 2 or 3 pieces ...add salt,haldi and keep aside  roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania  seeds, 3..4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste  with water. Boil ground masala, by adding some more water. add  Bangda pieces in it.. and boil it  for  5 minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it..n cover it.curry is ready to serve.. cover with lid.
