My Thali..Long Thin Green Vaangi ,Batata ,matar Dry Bhaji (Green Brinjal, Potato n Green Peas Dry Sabji ), Tomato Rasam , Bangda Curry, Mooli Raita Phulka ...n....Rice.


 Long Thin Green Vaangi ,Batata ,matar Dry Bhaji (Green  Brinjal, Potato n Green Peas 

Dry Sabji ).....


Recipe..

Wash Long Green Brijals..3 .Make medium pieces .

Peel potato..1.. make small  pieces.

Keep 1/4 cup Green Peas ready.

Chop finely 1 tomato.

In a pan take 3 to 4 tabsp.of oil.add Mustard seeds.. 3 to 4 crushed Garlic, add pinch of 

hing, Haldi n 1 green chilli.

then add Potato pieces, Brinjal pieces , n Green Peas in it.. add Tomato pieces in it 

 Add 1tsp.of Goda Masala, with 1 /2 tsp of Malvani, or Agri Masala..

if you dont have these masalas then add  dhania powder , n garam masala powder.

Mix it nicely.. add some salt... Add 1 tsp.of Dry grated Coconut  or Fresh grated coconut..

Stir it.. 

Keep the lid n cook it on low fire without water.. but keep stirring in between.

If you like add 1 tabsp. Of  roasted peanut powder..

Garnish with Dhania leaves..

Sabji is ready to serve.






Bangda Fish Curry

Recipe..

clean 1/2kg Bangda fish & make 2-3 pieces of each.add salt,haldi and keep aside .

roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute.

grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves,small ball of  

Tamarind

Grind it.make  fine,smooth paste with water.

grind 5-6 tirfal with little water and strain it 

Boil ground masala,tirfal water, by adding some more water.

add fish pieces and boil it till fish is cooked.

sprinkle 1tabsp.coconut oil on the curry,cover with lid.curry is ready..

serve with rice.




 

TOMATO RASAM.

.RECIPE..

Chop 2-3 tomatoes. grind it in mixie without water...

In a vessel take 3-4 glass water,add  Ground tomatoes.

add green chillies,crushed garlic,rasam powder.(or little sambhar powder or crushed 

dhania jeera n black pepper powder ) ,

Add currypatta,dhania leaves,little hing,salt,sugar(optional),imli juice,&boil for 10 

minutes on low flame.if needed add more water..boil till nicce Rasam aroma 

comes..switch off gas.. 

Add tadka of ghee,rai,whole red chilli,hing,curry patta...i add pinch of rasam powder in 

tadka..Tomato Rasam will be ready.



Mooli Raita...

 Recipe..

Peel Raddish.. Grate it.. add Little of finely chopped Onion .some Dhania Leaves.

Then add salt, pinch of sugar (optional ). Mix it.. Then add whisked Dahi in it.. Mix it.. 

Make tadka with Ghee add Rai, Chopped Green chilli , whole Red Chilli, Currypatta, pour 

it in Raita.. Garnish with some more Dhania Leaves n serve it.

Maharashtrian Goda Masala...Home Made Brahmani Goda or Kala Masala Powder..

 Maharashtrian Goda Masala...    Its a Home made Fresh Maharashtrian  Brahmani Goda Masala powder..I use this this  Masala in my regular  dishes like Amti, Bharali  Vangi, or any vegetables , Many Vegetable   Sabjis,  Dal Rice Khichdi, or Masale Bhaat , we  can even spread this Masala with some oil on  rotis n make rolls n eat. We can make Masala  Chapati. It us used in making Cutlets.. we can  add it in aby non veg dishes with eggs, fish or  meat..  Ingredients..   Use same Big Wati or Cup for measurement . 1...Dhane ( Dry Coriander Seeds )... 4 Big Wati. 2...Regular Jeera (Cummin Seeds.)... 1/2 Wati 3....Shaha Jeera.. 6 tsps. 4...Lavang (Cloves ).... 4 tsps. 5...Dalchini (Cinnamon)... 8 to 10 pieces about 2  inch each. 6.... Methi (Fenugreek Seeds)....1 tsp. 7....Rai (Mustard Seeds)...1tsp. 8....Hing Khada..2 pieces or 3 tsps Hing powder 9...Whole Lal Mirchi... Dry Whole Red Chillies..8  to 10. 10... Bread Thalipeeth... Very Good Of Use Of Left Over Bread...

Bread Thalipeeth  Recipe... Ingredients.. Brread Slices...5 to 7 big Fine Rawa (Suji ) Green Mirchi (Chillies)..3..4 Garlic ..2 big Dhania leaves.. as needed Onion.. 1 big chopped finely Sugar... 1sp or as per taste Salt..as per taste Water.. as needed Oil.. for frying Method.. Put 5 to 6 bread slices in water..immediately press it n remove water n take it in a bowl, Then add 1cup fine rawa..add salt .little of sugar,  Add chopped finely green mirchi, dhania leaves.n little of garlic grated. ( this time I added 2tsps of green masala.i.I green chillies.,grated garlic n dhania leaves chutnney)   . Add chopped finely onion..n mix it nicely n make dough for thalipeeth.if you need some water u can sprinkle some on the dough n,make ot soft.. Take parching paper or butter paper then apply some oil n keep 1 ball of dough n press it  make round thin like  puri or chapati   Shallow fry it on a pan with applying oil from both sides,make churchuri ( crispy ) n serve it..
