My Thali Today.... Prawns & Raddish Goan Curry with My Method.. ( Kolombi n Moolyachi Curry in My Way) ,CauliFlower Talasani , Palak Dal, Phulka....n.... Rice.
Prawns & Raddish Goan Curry with My Method.. ( Kolombi n Moolyachi Curry in My Way).
Recipe...washed n cleaned Prawns abour 1 cup.. Applied some salt , Haldi n Red Chili
Powder .
Made medium pieces of 2 medium White Raddish.
Boiled Raddish pieces in some water n salt till slightly soft. Do not over cook.
Ground fresh grated Coconut 1cup, 4 to 5 Whole kashmiri n Bedgi Chillies mixed., 1
tabsp.of dry Dhania seeds, 4 to 6 Black pepper whole, small size of Tamarind ball.(Imli).,1
small Piece of onion.,n 1/2 tsp.of haldi.
Made very fine paste.
Heat some oil 1 to 2 tabsps.oil in kadhai. Add small 1 Oinion choped Finely.. fried for few
minutes till slight brown..
add 1/2 Tomato chopped finely..this is optional. Then added Green chilli 1 long cut.
fry till tomato n Onion gets well mixed..
Then added Prawns in it..just stirred for few minutes.then added Raddish pieces..stir it..
Added Ground Masala in it.. added some salt n gave nice boil for 4 to 5 minutes..
(You can add water to adjust thickness of gravy as per your choice.)
Prawns n Raddish Curry is ready to serve.
This Curry tastes yummy with Rice or Chapati..

Chop cauliflower in to long pieces....
Make tadka of oil, lots of crushed garlic,add Whole red Chilli ,after it becomes slightly
brown it till red chilli powder ,haldi,
Immediately add cauliflower pieces in it..add salt..keep lid and cook it.it shud be properly
dry ...talasani is ready to serve.
Palak Dal.
Recipe....
Boil 1cup toor dal,and 1cup finely chopped palak n 2 Green chillies with water in
pressure cooker till 3 whistles.
then remove it &mix it till dal gets fully mashed.
add more water if needed .
make tadka of 2sp oil,add 4-5 garlic chopped,1/2tsp udid dal, 1/4tsp jeera, 1/4tsp rai, 2 red
chillies ,few currypatta, pinch haldi..then add mixed cooked dal n palak in it..while
boiling add 2 green chillies chopped, add salt as per taste,
then boil dal for few minutes till all get well mixed..
palak dal is ready to serve.
(You can make Thick or Thin Palak Dal as per Your taste.).
