Gujarati Type Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi ).... 

recipe...

Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk..

Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, methi seeds , 2 lavang , currypatta, whole red 

chilli, hing .. then add paste of green chilli n small ginger piece.. 

Then add mixture of Buttermilk n Besan.. Add some sugar n salt as per taste..boil it 

keep stirring it till boil.. or it might curdle..

Add some dhania leaves..garnish it n serve

Carrot Koshimbir..


Recipe....

Peel 2 Carrots.. Then Grate it..In A Bowl take Grated Carrot..

Add 1to 2 tabsps of Grated Fresh Coconut ,1tabsp.of Roasted Groundnut powder,Salt, 

Lemon Juice. Mix it properly..

Then add Tadka with Ghee , Rai, Curry Patta, Green chilli, small wholle red Chilli , Hing.. 

Mix it.. 

Garnish With Dhania Leaves n serve it.





Carrot Halwa... Gajar Ka Halwa

Recipe..

Peel the skins of 3 Carrots... Then Grate it.. 

In a Pan Take 3 Tabsps of Home made Ghee ..then add Grated Carrot in it.. Fry for 5 

minutes omn low flame...

So that Raw smell of Carrot goes away..

Then Add 1 cup of milk it.. n keep it on low flame to cook it..

Add Cashew pies n Raisins in it.. keep cooking for 10 minutes ..then add some Mava 

(Khoya ) ..but I didnt use Mava this time.. but instead of that I added thick milk made with

 4 to 5 tabsps of milk powder with very little milk.. and coverd it n cook it..

Then I added more of 3 tabsps of Ghee in it.. 

Then added some kesar Milk Masala powder ,some Kesar n elaichi powder..

This time I added 2 to 3 tabsps of grated Jaggery ( Gud ) as per taste.

Removed the cover n made dry till it got well mixed with all the things added it it..

Garnish with Pista, Almond or Cashew.. n serve it hot..

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
