I make This Grated Kees n Chips then keep under sun to dry for 4 days.. then keep it in
air tight Bottle.. This can be preserved for 1 year.. we can make Chivda ..or we can Fry it n
apply salt , chilli powder n eat as a snack with hot Tea or Coffee.
Heat the oil.. Deep fry Nylon Sabudana properly on medium heat.. Then Fry separately
one after another..n keep separately... Grated Batata Kees , Batata Chips, Cashew nuts,
Ground nuts.
Crush Fried Potato Chips in to pieces.
Then mix all fried things together..Mix it with red chilli powder, Hing (optional), salt
Sugar powder.Jeera powder (optional).
Then in few drops of oil fry some Jeera, Currypatta, n Dhania leaves finely chopped..
fry it nicely n add it in ready mix Chivda...this is optional.. I add it as we like it..
Mix it nicely till all get mixed properly with masalas.
Then fill it in a bottle .
Crunchy Munchy Chivda is ready to serve....
