Cheeselings... Every kid's Favourite Crunchy Munchy Tiny Cheeselings..


Recipe...quick n Easy ...Recipe Credit goes to Google search.. made some changes as per 

our taste n tried these Cheeselings first time..


1st Method of making Cheeselings...

Ingredients..

Maida..1 cup.

Square Prcessed cheese cubes..2 or small tins of Cheese..2

  Butter. ..2 tabsps.

Milk .. 1/4 th Cup.

salt..little less than 1/4 tsp.

Oil ..to fry.


Method... 


In a bowl take Maida..

Grate Cheese Cubes.. n add it in the Maida.

Add soft butter in it.

Add Salt in it.

Then mix the flour nicely with hands.

Then add little by little Milk n knead dough like Chapati dough.. not too soft nor too hard.

Keep it covered with towel for 15 to 20 minutes..

Then again knead it.. make ground balls.. 

Roll very thin round shaped rotis applying some maida..

Then cut small..tiny   square shaped Cheeselings with knife. 

Then heat some oil.. .when it is heated add some  cut cheeselings in it n deep fry it.

Fry it only for few 2 to 3 minutes on low flame .remove before it changes colour  

Check if those Cheeselings r crispy.. then remove it.

After some time when all Cheeselings r cooled down..then fill in the bottle n preserve it.




2nd Alternate method for these Cheeselings.. 


In a pan add 3 tabsps.of milk.. 

when it is warm..make some pieces of 2 square Cheese slices .

add in milk .switch off gas n then add warm mixture in a 1 cup maida in a bowl.

add 1 grated cube of Cheese  or 1 tin of processed Cheese..

Add less than 1/4 tsp.of salt,add 2 tabsps of Butter..mix maida properly..

Then add needed some water just to knead dough like chapati atta.

Keep it covered for 15 minutes.. 

then cut it in to  small square shaped cheeselings.. 

Dep fry it just like I have said in above recipe..

All other method is the same.. 

Cheeselings taste same with both recipes.. we can use any recipe which we feel is easy to 

make Cheeselings.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
