My Sunday Thali.... Mori Fish Curry... ( Mushi or Baby Shark Curry or Ambat or Rassa ) Bangda Fish phanna Upakari , Garlic Tadka Dal , Palak Raita....Phulka n......Rice.


 


Mori Fish Curry... ( Mushi or Baby Shark Curry )..

Recipe..

Remove Skin of Mori Fish... Clean it n make small pieces of it..wash it nicely.. 


Apply with haldi,salt.

In some oil..   Fryin few drops of oil 1 tabsp.of Dhania Seeds , 3 to 4 Lavang ( Cloves ) &
 
5 to 6   black Pepper, n 3to5 whole red chilli.. I have used kashmiri 2 n bedgi 2.

Then remove it..

then in 1/2 tabsp. Of oil Fry long cut onion..1, Fresh grated coconut 1 cup.

Then grind it with with fried masala together adding some haldi.make fine paste .

 In a kadhai  add oil 2 tabsps. Add 2 crushed Garlic.

add little 1 tabsp of finely chopped onion..fry for few minutes. 

Add ground masala ..add kokum 3 to 4 ... 

Then add water , salt as needed.. add some Ginger pieces n 2 green chillies.. boil it.. 

add mori fish pieces.

Boil it .cook mori keeping lid on it.. after 5 minutes curry will be ready to serve.

Garlic Tadka Dal...

Recipe..

Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal  till Dal cooks very soft.. then mash it or mix it till no  Dal 

grain remains. 

Add water as much you need.. keep for boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil

 it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like.

Make tadka with Ghee add cushed lots of Garlic n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic 

gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. Lasun Tadka Dal is ready to serve.




Palak Raita...

Recipe....

1.wash & finely chop 1bunch of palak leaves.

2.Boil palak,chopped 2 to 3 green chillies,grated 1 inch ginger,salt as per taste ,pinch of sugar,and very little water for 5 minutes till palak is cooked.

3.switch off gas & add whisked 1 cup dahi in it.

4.make tadka of 1tabsp.ghee,1/2 tsp.rai, 1/2 tsp.jeera,1whole red chilly and pinch of hing and add in palak raita.

5.palak raita is ready to serve.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
