Mixed Dals with Kulith ( Horse Gram)n White Chavali ( Black Eyed Beans ) ,Sabudana  (optional )

Dosa For Breakfast... 

These Dosas r very healthy n crispy.. 

we add so many things while grinding so infact no need of chutney .

Batter doesnt need fermentation so its very quick to make it..

I have made it only with mixed dals.. not added any rice to it


RECIPE.......


Ingredients.... You can take less quantity of each Dal..as after soaking it becomes too much quantity.. 

you can take measurement with small katori or small Bowl or even tabsps.. Take same 

measure of each dal..n half of that measure of Sabudana, Kulith n Black eyed beans.

Mix Dals.... Udid Dal...1/4 cup 

                     Moong Dal.. 1/4 cup

                     Chana Dal... 1/4 cup

                     Toor Dal.. 1/4 cup

                     Masoor Dal... 1/4 cup

                    Sabudana...2 tabsps. (optional)

                   Kulith...Half of 1/4th cup.or little less..you canskip Kulith if you dont want it.

                  Black Eyed Beans...Half of 1/4th cup. Or 2 tabsps.

                   

                    Black Pepper .. 8 to 10

                   Whole Red Chilli...1 or 2

                    Green Chilli...1 or 2

                    Jeera...1/2 tsp.

                     Hing... 1tsp.

                    Curry patta....6to 8

                   Salt... As per taste..

                    Chopped Dhania.. 2 tabsps. 

                    Oil ..as needed to fry Dosas..



Method....


Soak for 4 to 5 hours mix dals Udid dal , Moong dal , Toor dal, Chanadal, Masoor dal, 

Sabudana, Kulith, Black eyed beans , black pepper,

Grind this with water then add red whole chilles or green chillies,jeera, hing, n curry 

patta..n grind it again.

Batter should be coarsed not very fine..keep consistency like idli batter ,

Add salt n Dhania leaves finely chopped n some pieces of Currypatta...mix well.

No need of fermenting.. spread batter on a pan like dosas....

Fry it from both sides till crispy applying  some oil..

Mixed dal Dosa is ready to serve..
