Tambli ( with onion,ginger)... Recipe;


we make different varietis of tambli..either with garlic,or with onion-ginger..or palak tambli..all have different taste & recipes..

Today I made onion tambli means just ,made fine paste with fresh coconut,some red 
whole chillies,&small piece of tamarind..&

 After making fine paste lastly I added 1onion pieces,& small ginger,1tabsp dahi.,salt.&again ground it jst for few seconds..

we can add water as required..no need of heating it..

it tastes very yummy with hot steamed rice





Batata Talasani...

Recipe..

Peel the Potatoes..

Make long n thin Pieces like we make for Finger Chips or French Fry..

Make Tadka with Oil , add lots of Crushed Garlic, Whole Red Chilli, fry it till brown .

Add Haldi , red chilli powder, salt ,little of gud or sugar to taste (optional)..

mix it nicely...keep the lid.. cook it till Potato get cooked. 

Then saute it till it become slightly crisp.

 Talasani is ready to  serve

2 or 3 Karaten chopped into thin roundels

1 teaspoon Urad dal

1 teaspoon Coriander seeds

5-6 red chillies

1 tsp Raw rice

Small piece Tamarind 

Tempering

Oil

Crushed Garlic


Apply salt to karaten roundels and keep for sometime. Now squeeze all the water and deep fry the pieces till brown and crisp. Keep aside.

Fry the urad dal coriander seeds in a little oil and grind with red chillies, tamarind and raw rice into a smooth paste. 

Boil the ground masala along with little salt and jaggery. Add the fried karaten pieces and boil once. Temper with crushed garlic.


Prawns Fry...

Recipe...

 Clean Prawns n remove black thread from it.. ...Apply haldi..salt..red chilli powder..& dhania leaves..green 

chilli &garlic paste(without Water) to the Prawns..

Add some Malwani  Or Koli Masala or any home made red masala ...mix it nicely.. n keep it for 15 minutes ..

Then roll in to the mixture of rawa n rice powder then shallow fry it.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
