Spinach & Corn Bake...

Ingredients

1 medium tin kraft cheese grated

2 eggs to be beaten well(whipped)

500 gms frozen spinach to be blanched(sqeeze all the water from it)

1 tin cream of mushroom soup

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tin sweet corn

2 onions finely chopped

2-3 green chillies finely chopped

little salt & pepper powder to taste

2 tbsp fresh bread crumbs

Method

  

Mix all the above ingredients Together in a Buttered Pirex dish.

Sprinkle bread crumbs  on  it 

 Place in the oven to bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees..

Check it by inserting a stick or knife to see if it is ready...

Garnish with some Grated Cheese & serve with Garlic Bread .
