My Fish Thali....Mangalorian Crab Curry ,Goan Pomfret Curry , Pomfret n Mandeli ( Anchovy ) Fish Fry....n.....Rice.



 
Mangalorian Crab Curry....

Recipe..

1.wash 1kg crabs..clean it and make 2 pieces..

2.take 1sp.oil in a pan roast all whole garam

 masala (6cloves,1inch cinnamon,dhania seeds-

2tabsp.,jeera-1/4tsp,saunf- 1/2tsp,black pepper-

6/7,...green elaichi-3,...optional(small piece

 dagadful,javitri,1/4sp khaskhas, 

Fry for 1 minute.

3..take 1tab sp.oil in a pan roast long cut 2 

onions,5garlic cloves,1inch ginger piece,fry 

untill light brown add 5to 6 tabsps of grated 

coconut and roast it till coconut gets little brown.

4.grind above roasted garam masala,roasted 

onion coconut,red chillies,little dhania 

leaves,haldi together with water and make fine 

paste.

5.take 3tabsp oil,add tomatoes fry for few 

minutes,add crabs fry for 3to 4 minutes,add 

ground above masala,salt as per taste,,add 3-4 

kokums,add water and cook it .keep gravy as

 you require.

6.garnish with dhania leaves.

7.curry is ready to serve with rice,chapati,or 

bread.





Goan Pomfret  Curry ...


Recipe.

Clean n wash Pomfret pieces.

Apply some salt n Haldi to fish.

Keep it aside.

Then Grind 1 cup of fresh grated Coconut, 1 

tabsp.of Dhania seeds.,1/4 sp.of whole Black 

pepper, 3to 4 whole red chilli..I used Bedgi Chilli.

Haldi, and 1 inch of Ginger piece.

Grind it with water as needed.. make very fine 

paste.

In a vessel take 1 chopped onion n fry till brown.

Then add this ground masala with adding 

enough water as we want the thick or thin 

gravy.. while Boiling green chilli n 1small onion  

chopped, salt as per taste.and add 3 to 4 kokum.

After boing nicely add Pomfret pieces .

Then add 1/2 cup of Coconut milk..I have added 

Maggi instant coconut milk powder to make 

milk. Boil this curry for 5 minutes  till fish gets 

well cooked..

Fish curry is ready to serve.


Pomfret n Mandeli ( Anchovy ) Fish Fry...

Clean n wash fish pieces n Mandeli.

Apply salt ,haldi, Malvani masala, Green paste    

with dhania leaves, garlic.n some red chilli 

powder,lemon juice or kokum juice

Mix all this nicely with fish.. keep for some time.

Then roll it in the mixture of  Rice powder, Fine 

Rawa ,little of salt   n some malvani masala.

Shallow fry it with some oil. Fry it till crispy.

Fish Fry is ready to serve.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
