My Thali...Garlic Tadka Thin Dali Saar , Ghosalya or Dodkyachi Upakari.... (Ridge Gourd Bhaji ), Zatpat Chicken liver Masala, Rice Vadi Fry, Phulka ....n....Rice.


 

Garlic Tadka Thin Dali Saar...

Recipe..

Pressure cook 1 4 cup Toor Dal  till Dal cooks 

very soft.. then mash it or mix it till no  Dal 

grain remains. 

Add more water as much you need.. keep for 

boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil

 it properly.. Add Long pieces of Green Chilli 

while boiling Dal.

keep the thickness of Dal as you like.I added 

more water to make it thin Saar.

Make tadka with Ghee add cushed lots of Garlic 

n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic 

gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. 

Lasun Tadka Dali Saar is ready to serve.




Ghosalya Upakari.... (Ridge Gourd Bhaji )...

Recipe....


2 cup - Ridgegourd pieces.

3/4 cup -Fresh grated coconut 

2 Green chillies

Pinch of Asafoetida 

Salt to taste 

Chop the peel of Ridge gourd and wash it 

properly and keep for dry.

Once its dry chop it into small pieces.

 Heat little oil in a pan,make tadka with rai, udid 

dal, green chilli , curypatta, 1whole red chilli, 

hing ,pinch haldi...

then add chopped ridgegourd  add salt n Gud as 

per taste.. mix it..add some freash grated 

coconut..mix it.. add some water..n cover it.. n 

cook till ghosale pieces get well cooked n dry the 

remaining water in thr bhaji

Garnish with dhania leaves n serve.




Zatpat Chicken liver Masala..

Recipe....

Clean Chicken Liver n wash it properly.n cut it 

pieces as you like.

Take some oil in a pan

Add Tomato pieces..fry it till it is soft..

then add ginger n garlic paste.stir it nicely n fry 

for some time..add green chilli in it.

add chillipowder n Haldi powder in it.. mix it ..

then add Chicken liver pieces in it..add chicken 

Tandoori masala powder in it...if you dont have 

Tandoori  masala powder then you can add 

some Dhania , jeera powder n pinch garam 

masala powder mixed.add salt in the liver..

fry for some time.. keep lid for 5 minutes.. 

Chicken liver will get cooked .remove lid.. 

you can keep as much gravy you need 

or make it fully dry.. 

garnish with dhania leaves..its ready to serve .

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. My Simple Fish Thali After a Long Time.. Bangada Tikhle , Bangda ( Mackerel ) n Bombil (Bombay Duck ) Fry , onion ..n...Rice.

 Bangda (Mackerel )Fish Tikhle Recipe... clean 4 Bangda fish & make 2 or 3 pieces ...add salt,haldi and keep aside  roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania  seeds, 3..4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste  with water. Boil ground masala, by adding some more water. add  Bangda pieces in it.. and boil it  for  5 minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it..n cover it.curry is ready to serve.. cover with lid.
