Recipe;
we make different varieties of Tambli..either with
garlic,or with onion-ginger..or palak
Tambli..all have different taste & recipes..
Today I made onion tambli means just ,made
fine paste with fresh coconut,some red
whole chillies,&small piece of tamarind..
After making fine paste lastly I added 1onion
pieces,& small ginger,1tabsp
dahi.,salt.&again ground it jst for few seconds..
we can add water as required..no need of
heating it..
This time I have added some curds while
grinding.
it tastes very yummy with hot steamed Rice
Rawa Fry Fish Platter...
Recipe...
Pomfret , Prawns ,Bangda, Nogli ( Kane or Lady Fish ) Fry...
Clean n wash fish pieces n prawns..
Apply salt ,haldi, Malvani masala, Green paste
with dhania leaves, garlic n green chilli..
Mix all this nicely with fish.. keep for some time.
Then roll it in the mixture of Rice powder, Fine
Rawa ,little of salt n some malvani masala.
Shallow fry it with some oil. Fry it till crispy.
Fish Fry is ready to serve.
