My Thali Today.....Phodniche Varan , Palak Patal Bhaji.. or Spinach n Groundnuts Curry...( No Garlic or Onion or any masala powder.), RawKeli Phodi , Raw Keli skin or peels Chutney...n...Rice


Phodniche Varan...

Recipe....

Cook 1 cup of Toordal with adding water hing, 

haldi n littke of ghee in a pressure cooker.. cook

it till very soft.. then mix it properly so that no 

dal  grain will be seen..

Then make dry grind n make coarse paste 

grated sukha khopra , garlic cloves, n green 

chilies.. n keep it aside..

Make takdka with ghee or oil..add rai, jeera, 

currypatta, 

then add 1 finely chopped  tomato..saute till it 

becomes slightly soft for 2 to 3 minutes.. 

add little of red chilli powder ,

then add ground dry paste.. saute for few 

minutes..

then add cooked mashed dal.. add water as  

needed, add dhania leaves, 

add salt n gud as per taste..boil nicely for 5 

minutes keeping lid on it.. then garnish with 

dhania leaves n serve .

Raw Keli Phodi..

Recipe....

peel the raw bananas..

make thin long pieces..

apply salt,haldi,red chilli powder,hing..& mix it..

add rice powder & Fine Rawa...mix it..

then deep fry or shallow fry in a pan till crispy..




Raw Banana Skin Chutny 


Recipe..

chop banana skins in small pieces.. 

take a pan..add 2-3tsp oil add 2tsp udid dal,

1/4tsp rai,1/2tsp jeera,1 or 2 green chillies n 2 to3 

Whole Red chillies

fry till udid dal gets light brown colour then 

add 3 to 4 Garlic cloves..,keep aside.

Shallow fry chopped banana skins..fry for 4-5 

minutes.add 2-3tbsp fresh grated coconut....

fry for few more minutes..

then add some salt.. and grind with some 

imli..

add some water while grinding chutney...

Chutney is ready to serve.
