 Whole Black Toor Beans Saar 

recipe...


This Saar is made with water of cooked soaked Toor .I soaked it for overnight. 

Cook these seeds n lots of water in the pressure cooker  for 6 to 8 whistles.. 

Take out all the water from  cooked Toor..this water is used for saar.

grind 1tabsp.fresh grated coconut,1 whole red chilli, 3 tabsp.cooked Toor,  1/2tsp.dhania 

seeds,2-3 chopped garlic,small piece of imli(chinch) with water.make fine paste.. 

add this in boiled seeds water..add salt,little gud,1-3 green chillies.2crushed garlics.then 

boil it nicely for 5 minutes.make tadka of 1tabsp.ghee,5-6 crushed garlics,1whole red 

chilli..add it in saar..garnish with dhania leaves..saar is ready to serve




Black Whole  Toor Usal 

recipe..

Soak 2 cups of Whloe Black Toor Seeds for over night.

Cook soaked Toor with lots of water in pressure cooker for more than 6 to 7 whistles.it takes much time to cook Toor seeds till soft.

make tadka with oil add rai, chopped garlic, Currypatta, hing,  haldi, little goda masala, then add 

finely chopped onion , green chilli chopped.fry till onions  get soft n pinkish colour..then 

add small chopped tomato,fry add chiil powder .

then add cooked Toor.,add grated coconut , add gud , salt.n mix it well,again cook it till it gets

 well mixed.then garnish with dhania leaves.serve it,






Tendli Phanna Upakari.. ( Ivy Gourd  )

Recipe.

Chop Tendli into Fice pieces.

Chop 2 onions finely .

Take 3 to 4 tabsps of coconut oil or any other oil in a pan. add chopped onions.

Add  chopped Tendli.... fry tilll ight brown .n tendli will be soft.. keep lid while cooking

 for some time.

Add 1/2tsp.of haldi, 2 tabsps.of kashmiri red chilli powder,.add1 tabsp.of tamarind (imli) 

juice  Or Kokum pieces.


Add Phanna Upakari Masala powder .(Roasted Dhania Seeds, Methi n whole red 

chillies together n made powder. )


Add salt,as per taste...fry for 2 minutes..


Add some water  n boil it till it it becomes dry 


Tendli Phanna Upakari is ready to serve.






Batata Sukki Bhaji....


Recipe...

1.Boil  4 potatoes in pressure cooker.peel it & make pieces.


2.In a pan make tadka of oil.when heated add 1/4tsp.udid dal, 1/4 tsp rai(mustard seeds), 

1/4 tsp.jeera(cummin seeds),2  chopped finely garlic ,1/4 tsp. chana dal. whole red chilli,7 

to 8 curry patta,pinch hing, 1/2tsp.haldi,after frying for few seconds ,

3,add small piece of finely chopped ginger, chopped 3  green chillies,

4,then add finely chopped 1 onion...fry till onions get soft,


5. add salt ,then add potato pieces in it..mix properly..


Make dry bhaji..


6.garnish with dhania leaves..and serve.




Red Pumpkin Raita...

Recipe..

peel red pumpkin.. make pieces of it.. add some salt & little water ..boil it & cook it till 

soft..

after cooling mash it..then add finely chopped onions, dahi, little salt .

add tadka of ghee,rai jeera,chopped green chilli .& mix it.. 

Garnish with dhania leaves..

raita is ready to serve.

Maharashtrian Goda Masala...Home Made Brahmani Goda or Kala Masala Powder..

 Maharashtrian Goda Masala...    Its a Home made Fresh Maharashtrian  Brahmani Goda Masala powder..I use this this  Masala in my regular  dishes like Amti, Bharali  Vangi, or any vegetables , Many Vegetable   Sabjis,  Dal Rice Khichdi, or Masale Bhaat , we  can even spread this Masala with some oil on  rotis n make rolls n eat. We can make Masala  Chapati. It us used in making Cutlets.. we can  add it in aby non veg dishes with eggs, fish or  meat..  Ingredients..   Use same Big Wati or Cup for measurement . 1...Dhane ( Dry Coriander Seeds )... 4 Big Wati. 2...Regular Jeera (Cummin Seeds.)... 1/2 Wati 3....Shaha Jeera.. 6 tsps. 4...Lavang (Cloves ).... 4 tsps. 5...Dalchini (Cinnamon)... 8 to 10 pieces about 2  inch each. 6.... Bread Thalipeeth... Very Good Of Use Of Left Over Bread...

Bread Thalipeeth  Recipe... Ingredients.. Brread Slices...5 to 7 big Fine Rawa (Suji ) Green Mirchi (Chillies)..3..4 Garlic ..2 big Dhania leaves.. as needed Onion.. 1 big chopped finely Sugar... 1sp or as per taste Salt..as per taste Water.. as needed Oil.. for frying Method.. Put 5 to 6 bread slices in water..immediately press it n remove water n take it in a bowl, Then add 1cup fine rawa..add salt .little of sugar,  Add chopped finely green mirchi, dhania leaves.n little of garlic grated. ( this time I added 2tsps of green masala.i.I green chillies.,grated garlic n dhania leaves chutnney)   . Add chopped finely onion..n mix it nicely n make dough for thalipeeth.if you need some water u can sprinkle some on the dough n,make ot soft.. Take parching paper or butter paper then apply some oil n keep 1 ball of dough n press it  make round thin like  puri or chapati   Shallow fry it on a pan with applying oil from both sides,make churchuri ( crispy ) n serve it..
