Rajma Masala....
Recipe...
1.. Soak 2 cups Rajma Over Night..
Morning Cook it with Adding some salt n Water In the Cooker for 2 Whistles..
2.. Then In pressure Cooker take 3 tabsps.of Oil Or Ghee add 2 cloves, 1 Green
Elaichi, 4 to 5 Black pepper, Fry for few Seconds.
Then Add 1/2 chopped long onion pieces..Fry it add 1/2 Tomato pieces.. Fry till Tomato gets
well mixed with onion.
Then Add 1 onion Paste 1tabsp.of Garlic n Ginger Paste, n 1 Tomato pieces n 1 Green Chilli.
Add Haldi , Red Chilli Powder, 1tab sp. Dhania Powder. Add salt. Add Garam masala powder or
any other masala powder which you like.. I have added Chole Masala powder.
Then fry Till oil separates.
then add Cooked Rajma in it.. Mix it Properly.. n again cook it For 3 to 4 Whistles..Garnish with
Dhania leaves n serve. ..( Keep Gravy thick as You like).
Rajma masala is ready to serve with Rice or Roti..
