My Thali Today... Kolhapuri Mutton Curry , Cauliflower Rassa, Andhra Tomato Dal, Cucumber Onion Salad, Green Mirchi Bhajiya,Alaan Roti of Whheat Flour....n...Rice.


 
Kolhapuri Mutton Curry..

Recipe..

Marinate Mutton pieces  n 1 Potato pieces with its peel with haldi,salt,Green masala with lots of garlic dhania leaves n Green chillies,..

In some oil..Fry long cut onions, Fresh grated coconut n little of sukha grated  Khopra,(dry coconut ) 

Then Fry in few drops of oil ..whole garam masala dry  dhania 

seeds,jeera,lavang,dalchini,black pepper,saunf,),add grated ginger n Grated garlic ginger, 

n some dhania leaves....then grind it..

 In cooker add oil,put kolhapuri masala powder .(which is red masala of red chillies, 

onions,garlic,garam masala & dry coconut which is fried & in powder form)}..

then add some finely chopped onions,tomato fry till soft. 

add ground masala fry add Marinated Mutton pieces n Potato pieces.... fry for few minutes,..then add water & cook it..

kolhapuri Mutton is ready to serve.

 ( when we put kolhapuri masala in oil it gives nice red colour to a curry..it becomes 

yummy .. )

Garnish with dhania leaves n serve with Bhakri or Rotis ..




Cauliflower Rassa...

Recipe..

Make medium pieces of Cauliflower.

In a kadhai or pan ..take some oil..make tadka with jeera, add ground garlic ,ginger n 

Green chilli thecha, 

Then add finely chopped onion, fry it till soft..add tomato pieces .. cauliflower pieces.. 

Fry for some time.. add Goda masala, haldi, red chilli powder salt as per taste.. fry it.. 

cover it n cook for some time..

Then add 1 to 2 tabsp.of Besan mixed in water.. n cook nicely till cauliflower gets well 

mixed with Gravy.. as a variation you can add peas, potato with cauliflower..

Garnish with Dhania leaves n serve..





Andhra Tomato Dal...

Recipe..

Cook Toor Dal with Tomato Big pieces in pressure cooker till very soft .

Then add water as much thick  or thin dal you need.n keep on flame for boil.

Then make tadka with oil, Mustard seeds, jeera, udid dal, chopped garlic , 

currypatta,whole red chillies n then lastly haldi.

Then add this tadka in boiling dal.. add chopped finely or long green chillies, 

Add salt as per taste. Then boil dal nicely.

Garnish with dhania leaves..n serve.

Tastes good when you serve it with thin Sev..

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
