Kobichya Vadya.. Cabbage Vadi like Kothimbir Vadi Steamed n then Shallow Fried..
Recipe...
Ingredients...
Grated Cabbage.. 2 cups.
Finely Chopped Onion...1 big or 2 medium
Rice Powder or Fine Rawa...1/4 cup
Besan...1cup or more as needed to bind.
Red chilli powder.. as you like.
Haldi..1/2tsp.
Green Chilli Finely Chopped....3 to 4 As you like.
Grated Garlic .. 3 if you like.
Dhania leaves Finely Chopped.. 1 handful
Salt... As per taste.
Roasted or Raw Jeera Powder..1/4 tsp.
Hing... Pinch or little more.
Method...
Mix Grated Cabbage ,Finely Chopped Onion ,
Finely chopped Green Chillies, Grated Garlic
,Dhania leaves.
Then add salt, Haldi, Jeera powder, Red Chilli
powder, Haldi, Hing.. Mix it nicely.
Then add Rice powder or Fine Rava n Besan .
Bind it nicely..make thick paste.
Then in round greased thali spread it in thin layer.
Steam it in steamer like dhokla.
Once it is cooled down make square pieces..n
shallow fry it from both sides till crispy.
You can serve it with Tomato Ketchup or any
Chutney.
