Prawns Pulao With Coconut Milk
Ingredients....
1.Prawns..1Cup
2. Rice..1.1/2Cups
3. Green Masala Paste 2 to 3 Tabsps.Of Dhania leaves, 3 Green Chillies n 7-8 Big Garlic Cloves.
4. Onions..2 to 3 medium
5. Cloves...2-3
6.Elaichi..2
7.Small Piece Of Dalchini.
8.Black Pepper..5-6
9.Tej Patta...2
10.3-4 Chopped Garlic.
11. Finely Chopped Tomato Medium
12.Agri Masala,Or Garam Masala with little of Chilli Powder or Malvani Masala.
13.Coconut Thick Milk..with Instant Coconut Milk Powder.
14. Oil..3-4 Tabsps.n 1Tabsp.of Ghee.
15.Salt..As per taste
16..Hot Water ...3 Cups
17. Dhania Leaves to Garnish.
Method
1.Wash n clean the prawns.
2.Add some salt n keep aside.,
3.Wash Rice n keep it for half an hour..
4.Make thin slices of onions..
5.Make green masala paste of dhania leaves, green mirchi n garlic without water,
6.Then take big kadhai add ghee n oil mixture,
7.Add cloves, black pepper, small piece of dalchini, tej patta..
8.Add finely chopped garlic.
9.hen fry it..add thin long slices of oinions,
10.Fry till light pink.
11.Add green paste.
12.Add finely chopped tomato.
13.Fry nicely.
14.Add washed rice n prawns,
15.Fry for some time..
16. Add sp. agri masala or koli masala..salt as per taste..mix it nicely..
17.Add hot water for rice..
18.Add instant maggi coconut milk add some dhania leaves,
19. Keep lid on it.n cook till all water dries up n rice gets well cooked
20.Garnish with dhania leaves n serve with raita.
