Dinner with Prawns Fried Rice, Chicken Manchurian n Sweet Corn Chicken Soup..

Prawns Fried Rice...
Recipe....
1.  Clean n Wash Prawns,add salt n keep it aside.
2. Wash Rice n keep it in strainer for half an hour.
3.Then Take pan n add some oil.add 5-6  black pepper.n add  washed rice.fry for few minutes.n add water n salt ..&add hot water inb it n cook rice till 3/4 th done.
5. Then take 1to2 eggs whisk it properly add some salt.n make like scrambled  eggs in some oil.
in big kadhai take oil.add garlic chopped., add chopped finely,white  part of spring onion.then stir it.add some gratted ginger garlic paste.,add prawnns in it.fry for few minutes.add chopped finely capsicum..stir it add rice in it..add scrambled eggs, add some soya sauce, 1tsp of Tomato ketchup, n finely chopped greens of spring onion.,,some pepper powder..adjust salt as per taste n mix it nicely,.
Chiese Prawns Fried Rice is ready to serve.

Chicken Manchurian...

Recipe..

1. Clean and wash Chicken. Make Small Boneless Pieces of it.
2. Apply, Salt,Black Pepper Poowder.,Some Fresh Grated Ginger n  Garlic  Paste. Add Some Soya  Sauce..3-4 Tabsps of  Corn Flour , 1Egg White...mix it  nively....
3. Fry Those Chicken Pieces in, Oil....Keep Aside...
4. Chop long thin , pieces of Capsicum.& Regular  Onion in desired  shapes.
5. .Take Oil in a pan...Add Grated Ginger  Garlic Paste,.Fry oir few seconds.Add Onion  Pieces...Add  Green Chillies Chopped Finely ,
6. Add Capsicum stir it..
7. Mix 2Tabsps of Corn Flour , Soya Sauce,Tomato Ketcup in some water.add it in above Fried Onions .
8. Add Fried Chicken Pieces in it,.give nice boil adding some water,.
9.Add Finely, Chopped Green  Leaves  Of Spring  Onions.
10.Mix it nicely..
Chicken Manchurian Is Ready To Serve.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
