Recipe..
Ingredients
1Green Chillies...200gms...I prefer less spicy.
2.Rai (Mustard ) Powder...2 tabsps.
Mustard yellow Dal..3 tabsps.
3.Lemon Juiece...3to4 Lemons.
4.oil...Approx.1/4 cup
5. Methi powder.. 2 Pinch
6.Mustard Seeds..1/4 Tsp.
7. Hing...1 to 2 Tsps ..as per taste.
8. Haldi....1/4 Tsp.
9. Salt..as per taste.
Method...
1. Make long pieces of Green Chillies. 2. Make Tadka of Oil, Rai, Hing, Haldi, n Methi
powder.Make Tadka Cool,
3. Then grind rai Powder with some lemon juice . n little of Oil.
4. Mix Chilli pieces, Salt, Ground Mustard.n ..Rai Dal ,Oil Tadka.
Mix it properly...keep it in the bottle.. it can be preserved in the Fridge for some days.
