My Sunday Thali.... Mori Fish Curry... ( Mushi or Baby Shark Curry or Ambat or Rassa ) Bangda Fish phanna Upakari , Garlic Tadka Dal , Palak Raita....Phulka n......Rice.

  Mori Fish Curry... ( Mushi or Baby Shark Curry ).. Recipe.. Remove Skin of Mori Fish... Clean it n make small pieces of it..wash it nicely..  Apply with haldi,salt. In some oil..   Fryin few drops of oil 1 tabsp.of Dhania Seeds , 3 to 4 Lavang ( Cloves ) &   5 to 6   black Pepper, n 3to5 whole red chilli.. I have used kashmiri 2 n bedgi 2. Then remove it.. then in 1/2 tabsp. Of oil Fry long cut onion..1, Fresh grated coconut 1 cup. Then grind it with with fried masala together adding some haldi.make fine paste .  In a kadhai  add oil 2 tabsps. Add 2 crushed Garlic. add little 1 tabsp of finely chopped onion..fry for few minutes.  Add ground masala ..add kokum 3 to 4 ...  Then add water , salt as needed.. add some Ginger pieces n 2 green chillies.. boil it..  add mori fish pieces. Boil it .cook mori keeping lid on it.. after 5 minutes curry will be ready to serve. Bangda Fish phanna Upakari... Mixed Dals with Kulith ( Horse Gram) n White Chavali ( Black Eyed Beans ) , Dosa For Breakfast...Healthy n Crispy Dosa..

  Mixed Dals with Kulith ( Horse Gram)n White Chavali ( Black Eyed Beans ) ,Sabudana  (optional ) Dosa For Breakfast...  These Dosas r very healthy n crispy..  we add so many things while grinding so infact no need of chutney . Batter doesnt need fermentation so its very quick to make it.. I have made it only with mixed dals.. not added any rice to it RECIPE....... Ingredients.... You can take less quantity of each Dal..as after soaking it becomes too much quantity..  you can take measurement with small katori or small Bowl or even tabsps.. Take same  measure of each dal..n half of that measure of Sabudana, Kulith n Black eyed beans. Mix Dals.... Udid Dal...1/4 cup                       Moong Dal.. 1/4 cup                      Chana Dal... 1/4 cup                      Toor Dal.. 1/4 cup                      Masoor Dal... 1/4 cup                     Sabudana...2 tabsps. (optional)                    Kulith...Half of 1/4th cup.or little less..you canskip Kulith if you dont want it.

  Cheeselings... Every kid's Favourite Crunchy Munchy Tiny Cheeselings.. Recipe...quick n Easy ...Recipe Credit goes to Google search.. made some changes as per  our taste n tried these Cheeselings first time.. 1st Method of making Cheeselings... Ingredients.. Maida..1 cup. Square Prcessed cheese cubes..2 or small tins of Cheese..2   Butter. ..2 tabsps. Milk .. 1/4 th Cup. salt..little less than 1/4 tsp. Oil ..to fry. Method...  In a bowl take Maida.. Grate Cheese Cubes.. n add it in the Maida. Add soft butter in it. Add Salt in it. Then mix the flour nicely with hands. Then add little by little Milk n knead dough like Chapati dough.. not too soft nor too hard. Keep it covered with towel for 15 to 20 minutes.. Then again knead it.. make ground balls..  Roll very thin round shaped rotis applying some maida.. Then cut small..tiny   square shaped Cheeselings with knife.  Then heat some oil.. .when it is heated add some  cut cheeselings in it n deep fry it. Fry it only for few 2 to 3 m

My Thali Today.... Prawns & Raddish Goan Curry with My Method.. ( Kolombi n Moolyachi Curry in My Way) ,CauliFlower Talasani , Palak Dal, Phulka....n.... Rice.

 Prawns & Raddish  Goan Curry with My Method.. ( Kolombi n Moolyachi Curry in My Way).  Recipe...washed n cleaned Prawns abour 1 cup.. Applied some salt , Haldi n Red Chili  Powder . Made medium pieces of 2 medium White Raddish. Boiled Raddish pieces in some water n salt till slightly soft. Do not over cook. Ground fresh grated  Coconut 1cup, 4 to 5 Whole kashmiri n Bedgi Chillies mixed., 1  tabsp.of dry Dhania seeds, 4 to 6 Black pepper whole, small size of Tamarind ball.(Imli).,1  small Piece of onion.,n 1/2 tsp.of haldi. Made very fine paste. Heat some oil 1 to 2 tabsps.oil in kadhai. Add small 1 Oinion choped Finely.. fried for few  minutes till slight brown..  add 1/2 Tomato chopped finely..this is optional. Then added Green chilli 1 long cut. fry till tomato n Onion gets well mixed..  Then added  Prawns in it..just stirred for few minutes.then added Raddish pieces..stir it..  Added Ground Masala in it.. added some salt n gave nice boil for 4 to 5 minutes..  (You can add water

My Thali..Long Thin Green Vaangi ,Batata ,matar Dry Bhaji (Green Brinjal, Potato n Green Peas Dry Sabji ), Tomato Rasam , Bangda Curry, Mooli Raita Phulka ...n....Rice.

 Long Thin Green Vaangi ,Batata ,matar Dry Bhaji (Green  Brinjal, Potato n Green Peas  Dry Sabji )..... Recipe.. Wash Long Green Brijals..3 .Make medium pieces . Peel potato..1.. make small  pieces. Keep 1/4 cup Green Peas ready. Chop finely 1 tomato. In a pan take 3 to 4 tabsp.of oil.add Mustard seeds.. 3 to 4 crushed Garlic, add pinch of  hing, Haldi n 1 green chilli. then add Potato pieces, Brinjal pieces , n Green Peas in it.. add Tomato pieces in it   Add 1tsp.of Goda Masala, with 1 /2 tsp of Malvani, or Agri Masala.. if you dont have these masalas then add  dhania powder , n garam masala powder. Mix it nicely.. add some salt... Add 1 tsp.of Dry grated Coconut  or Fresh grated coconut.. Stir it..  Keep the lid n cook it on low fire without water.. but keep stirring in between. If you like add 1 tabsp. Of  roasted peanut powder.. Garnish with Dhania leaves.. Sabji is ready to serve. Cruchy Munchy Chivda...With Nylon Sabudana... Batata Kees ( Home Made Grated n then Sun dried Grated Potato ) ... Batata Chips ( Home Made Sun Dried Potato Chips ).

 Cruchy  Munchy Chivda...With Nylon Sabudana... Batata Kees ( Home Made Grated n  then Sun dried Grated Potato ) ... Batata Chips ( Home Made Sun Dried Potato Chips ). I make  This Grated Kees n Chips  then keep under sun to dry for 4 days.. then keep it in  air tight Bottle.. This can be preserved for 1 year.. we can make Chivda ..or we can Fry it n  apply salt , chilli powder n eat as a snack with hot Tea or Coffee. Heat the oil.. Deep fry Nylon Sabudana properly on medium heat.. Then Fry separately  one after another..n keep separately...  Grated Batata Kees ,  Batata Chips, Cashew nuts,  Ground nuts. Crush Fried Potato Chips in to pieces. Then mix all fried things together..Mix it with red chilli powder, Hing (optional), salt  Sugar powder.Jeera powder (optional). Then in few drops of oil fry some Jeera, Currypatta, n Dhania leaves finely chopped..  fry it nicely n add it in ready mix Chivda...this is optional.. I add it as we like it.. Mix it nicely till all get mixed properly wit

Onion Udid Dal Utthapams... Without Rice, Rawa or Any Flour ....Instant, Quick, Healthy, Crispy Utthapams for Breakfast.

  Onion Udid Dal Utthapams... Instant, Quick, Healthy, Crispy Utthapams.. Best for Morning  Breakfast Or Dinner .   I have used only Udid Dal for the batter of Utthapams. Ingredients.. Udid Dal... 2 cups. Or as you needed. Salt ..as per taste. Onion..1 medium.finely chopped. Greenchillies .. 3 finely chopped. Tomato.. 1 small finely chopped .. remove the seeds. Dhania leaves... 4 to 5 tabsps..chopped finely. Black Pepper powder or crushed pepper..1 tabsp. Red chilli powder ..to sprinkle. Oil... As needed to fry Utthapams. Hing ..1/4 sp.(optional)..I like to add as it gives more flavour to the batter. Method... Soak Udid Dal for 2 to 3 hours.. if you can you can soak for overnight or more hours.. Then grind in to fine thick batter.. Add Hing in it..This is Optional. Add Salt as per taste.. mix nicely . Keep medium thick batter ready. You can use this batter instantly without fermenting ...  Or you can keep this batter in the fridge and use it as it neded. Heat the Tawa or griddle...n br

  Gujarati Type Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi )....  recipe... Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk.. Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, methi seeds , 2 lavang , currypatta, whole red  chilli, hing .. then add paste of green chilli n small ginger piece..  Then add mixture of Buttermilk n Besan.. Add some sugar n salt as per taste..boil it  keep stirring it till boil.. or it might curdle.. Add some dhania leaves..garnish it n serve Gujarati Undhiyo.. Recipe is in separate post in this blog... Add 1to 2 tabsps of Grated Fresh Coconut ,1tabsp.of Roasted Groundnut powder,Salt,  Lemon Juice. Mix it properly.. Then add Tadka with Ghee , Rai, Curry Patta, Green chilli, small wholle red Chilli , Hing..  Mix it..  Garnish With Dhania Leaves n serve it. Carrot Halwa... Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe..
