Bharali Vangi with Prawns ((Stuffed Brinjals).. Recipe Give slit to 8-10 small purple round brinjals from top ,keep aside... mix 3-4 tabsp fresh grated coconut . 2 finely chopped onions, 2-3 green chillies chopped finely, lots of dhania leaves,1 tabsp goda masala or( dhania jeera powder,little garam masala,)1tabsp roasted ground nut powder,little tamarind juice,jaggery,salt,1tsp red chilli powder..stuff this masala in brinjals.. Mix this Onion stuffed masala with some Prawns. make tadka of 2-3 garlic finely chopped,rai,1/4tsp,hing ,haldi n pinch of red chilli powder..add brinjals..n remained stuffing masala if you have. stir for few minutes,,add little water ,keep lid.. cook it till brinjals get cooked..garnish with Dhania leaves..& serve. You can make it without Prawns n with only Brinjals. Dal Coconut Curry.. Recipe... Cook Toor dal with haldi n salt in pressure cooker. Then Grind little of Fresh grated coconut,garlic , dhania powder n pinch jeera powder.1 w
