Kesar Modaks.. recipe.. take 3/4th cup to1cup or sugar as per taste. in a pan &add 1/2 cup of water.keep it on low flame..stir it till sugar melts n start boiling. then add1 cup of fresh grated paneer & 2cups of Mava in it.
