Ingredients.
Chicken...1... 1kg.
Curds...1 cup...
Red chilli powder..1tabsp.
Haldi...1tsp.
Salt ..as per taste..
Black Pepper.. 5to 6
Shaan Chicken masala powder.. 1tsp.
Chaat masala... 1/4 tsp.
Oil... 3to 4 tabsps.
Onion..3 ..chopped.
Tomato..2 chopped
2 inch Ginger ,8to 10 garlic n 3 green chillies
pastel... 2tabsps.
Dhania leaves... Chopped handful.
Method..
Wash n clean chicken pieces..
Add salt, chaat masala, Shaan chicken masala
powder, red chilli powder, haldi, whisked curds
And ginger ,garlic n green chilli paste..
Keep it for 1hour for marinate.
Then in pressure cooker add little oil.. add
whole black Pepper.
add 1 chopped onion ..fry it.. when it is brown
add tomato ,n dhania leaves..fry it till soft .
add chicken pieces.
Saute for a while.. add some water.. then cook
till 2 whistles.
keep its marinated extra masala aside to add
later.
Then in kadai..add oil.. when heated add
remaining chopped onions n dhania leaves.
Fry it.. add marination left over masala..saute it.
Then add cooked chicken with gravy..boil it
nicely till everything gets well mixed..
You can add potato if you like.
Spicy Chicken Curry is ready .
Garnish with dhania leaves n serve.
