 Tarle Fishache Amshe Tikhshe...


here is Recipe..


clean 10 to 12 tarle fish & make ...add salt,haldi and keep aside 

roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute.

grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves,small ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste with water.

grind 5-6 tirfal with little water and strain it 

Boil ground masala,tirfal water, by adding some more water.

add fish in it.. and boil it  for 3 to 5 minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it.. n cover it.curry is ready to serve..

sprinkle 1tabsp.coconut oil on the curry,cover with lid.curry is ready..serve with Rice.




Corn Cob (Maka Kanis ) Masala...

Recipe....

Make pieces of  Corn Cobs.


take 1sp.oil in a pan roast all whole garam masala like dhania seeds, lavang, dalchini, black pepper, for 1 minute

take 1tab sp.oil in a pan roast long cut onions,garlic cloves,ginger piece,fry untill light brown add

grated coconut and roast it till coconut gets little brown.

grind above roasted garam masala,roasted onion coconut,red chillies,little dhania leaves together with

water and make fine paste.

take 3tabsp oil,add tomatoes fry for few minutes, add corn cobs pieces,add ground above masala,salt as per taste,add water and cook it .keep gravy as you require.

garnish with dhania leavesa..Corn Cob masala is ready to serve.



Pomfret Goan curry - 

Recipe.

take 6to8 Pomfret fish..apply salt and turmeric and leave it aside  

 take 1 cup fresh grated coconut ,3 kashmiri chilies  ,1small tomato, dhaniya seeds 1 table spoon 1/2 tea spoon jeera ,1 inch tamarind, 2 table spoon garlic paste ,1 table spoon ginger paste ,n small onion chopped,haldi and put this in the mixi and grind it very fine. 

Now heat good amount of oil and put 1 finely chopped onion ,two green chillies and pour this ground mixture in it. 

After getting one boil leave fish pieces in it. Wait for another boil and keep the curry on sim gas with cover.

 Once fish is cooked removed it from heat and garnish it with finely chopped dhania leaves.

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste..
