My Thali Today.... Pomfret Fish Curry , Mooli Leaves Bhaji (Radish Leaves Sabji ) , Ambe Haldi , Fresh haldi, Kairi , Green Mirchi Fresh Pickle ,Pomfret n Saundale Fish Fry ...n... Rice..
Pomfret Fish CurryRecipe.....
1. Clean n wash Pomfret Fish. Make Pieces..Apply some Salt .n Haldi. Keep aside.
2. Grind Fresh Coconut ,Haldi, whole red chilli, Dhania Seeds, small piece of Onion.with Water.n make Fine paste,
3. in a pan take this ground masala..add salt, kokum, green chilli long cut, Ginger piece long thin pieces.1/ onion finely chopped.add water as much as you need..
Boil it properly,,then add Fish in this curry n just give a boil..
4. Make Tadka with Coconut Oil n 1/2 finely chopped Onion.Add it in Fish Curry.,Garnish with Dhania leaves.n serve .
Pomfret n Saundale Fish Fry...
Apply Salt ,Haldi, Red Chilli powder to washed Pomfret n Saundale Pieces..
Then add green paste of Dhania Leaves , Green Chillies n Lots of Garlic.. Mix nicely
Add Lemon juice..keep for some time ..
then roll the pieces in the Mixture of rice powder n Fine Rava.. Cover it nicely with it..
then shallow fry it in some oil in a pan till they get nice brown from both sides.
Mooli Green leaves Sabji.... Recipe
Wash n clean the leaves of Mooli or Radish . chop finely about 3to 4 cups..n keep it aside..
In a pressure cooker add 2 tabsps .of oil ..add 3 Garlic cloves chopped finely ,add 1/4 tsp.of Rai , 2 Green chillies chopped , when Rai splutters add Haldi.
Add 1 finely chopped Onion,saute it ..then add 1 finely chopped Tomato.. saute it till all gets well mixed..then add Pinch of Red chilli powder ..saute it.
Add chopped Green leaves in it.. mix it for few minutes.add salt n gud as per taste.. add 2 tabsps of fresh grated Coconut.. mix it.. add some water..n close the pressure cooker.
Cook it for 1 or whistles.. this sabji becomes very soft n yummy to eat with Chapati or phulka.
