My Thali.... Sindhi Vegetable Kadhi , Batata Soang....Red ,Spicy curry ,Pomfret Fish Fry , Fried Sundried Sabudana batata Chakli....n.....Rice.


 SINDHI KADHI..RECIPE..

In a pan take 3to4 tsp oil and make tadka of rai, 

jeera,methi seeds ..

add 3 to 4 big tabsp.Besan..fry 

till brown...then add some haldi,salt,& red chilli 

powder..fry for 1 minute..then keep aside.in 

another pan fry 8-10 long pieces of bhendi in 

some oil.& keep it aside.

in big kadhai or pan make tadka of jeera,methi 

seeds,and fry veggies  like 5-6 potato pieces1st

 then add 8-10 drumsticks pieced,then handful
 
gavar big pieces,6-8 , then5-6 cauliflower big

 pieces.fry nicely for 7-8 minutes..

then in cooker add fried besan .

add 4-5 glasses of hot water,add 2 green chillies, 

add  salt as per taste .then add 3 tomotoes boiled 

n ground paste.or you can add imli juice in it., 

then add all fried veggies..cook l for only one 

whistle ..mix it properly..add more hot water if 

needed.give nice boil..then finally add fried 

bhendis..and boil it again for 2minutes without 

lid..garnish with dhania leaves..and serve with 

rice or rotis..




Batata Soang....Red ,Spicy curry


Recipe.. 

Boil the 4  potatoes in the cooker ..


Remove skin.make pieces. 


Chop 2 onions finely .


Take 3 to 4 tabsps of coconut oil or any other oil 

in a pan. add chopped onions.fry till light brown .
Add 1/2tsp.of haldi, 2 tabsps.of kashmiri red 

chilli powder,.add1 tabsp.of tamarind (imli) 

juice.


Add salt,as per taste...add pinch sugar if you like 

(this is optional)..fry for 2 minutes..


Add potato pieces..mix it..add little water ..boil 

it till potato gets mixed with masala.


Potato Soang is ready to serve.




Pomfret Fish Fry...

Clean n wash fish pieces n Mandeli.

Apply salt ,haldi, Malvani masala, grated garlic.

some red chilli powder,lemon juice or kokum 

1juice n haldi.

Mix all this nicely with fish.. keep for some time.

Then roll it in the mixture of  Rice powder, Fine 

Rawa ,little of salt   n some malvani masala.

Shallow fry it with some oil. Fry it till crispy.

Fish Fry is ready to serve.

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. Sugar ..1 tsp.or Gud... Small piece as per taste. Oil.. to fry Thalipeeth or Doddak. Water..to mix dough. Method...
