My Simple Thali ... Tomato Goad Lonche or Hot n Sweet Tomato Chutney. Garlic Tadka Dal ,Cauliflower Talasani , King Fish ( Surmai Fish ) Rawa Fry , Kairi Tokku...n....Rice


 Garlic Tadka Dal...

Recipe..

Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal  till Dal cooks very 

soft.. then mash it or mix it till no  Dal 

grain remains. 

Add water as much you need.. keep for 

boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil

 it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like.

Make tadka with Ghee add cushed lots of Garlic 

n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic 

gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. Lasun 

Tadka Dal is ready to serve.



Tomato Goad Lonche or Hot n Sweet Tomato Chutney.

Recipe...

Ingredients: 

1. Red ripe Tomatoes - 4 to 6 finely chopped

2. Green chilly - 2 medium spicy long slits.

3. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp.

4. turmeric - 1/4 tsp

5. Jaggery - 2-3 tbsp

6. salt as per taste.

7. oil for tadka - 2 tbsp

8. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

9. hing - 1/2 tsp

10.methi seeds(fenugreek) - 1/4 tsp


Instructions: 


1. In a fry pan make tadka of oil, mustard seeds, 

methi seeds, hing, turmeric, red chilly powder.

2. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and green 

chillies.

3. Add salt and jaggerry and stir well.

4. cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 

appx 15 mins.

5. tomato chutney is ready to serve.



Cauliflower Talasani.. 


Recipe...

Chop cauliflower in to long pieces....

Make tadka of oil, lots of crushed garlic,add 

Whole red Chilli ,after it becomes slightly 

brown  it till red chilli powder ,haldi,

Immediately add cauliflower pieces in it..add 

salt..keep lid and cook it.it shud be properly 

dry ...talasani is ready to serve.



King Fish ( Surmai Fish ) Rawa Fry...

Clean n wash King fish pieces 

Apply salt ,haldi, Red Chilli powder , Malvani 

masala, Green paste with dhania leaves, garlic n 

green chilli..

Mix all this nicely with fish.. keep for some time.

Then roll it in the mixture of  Rice powder, Fine 

Rawa ,little of salt   n some malvani masala.

Shallow fry it with some oil. Fry it till crispy.

Fish Fry is ready to serve.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
