Recipe..
Ingredients...
Rice... 1/2 Bowl or Cup
Toor dal... 1/2 bowl or cup
Fresh grated Coconut... 1 cup
Whole Red chillies ... 5 to 6
Imli... Smal ball
Haldi... 1/2 tsp.
Hing .. 1tsp.
Salt ..as per taste
Gud... 1tabsp.or as per taste.
Method
Soak rice n toor dal,for 3 hours..
then grind it with fresh grated coconut , red
whole chillies as required n imli n lots of hing
powder n haldi..
Grind it in very thick paste,do not make thin or
watery.
add salt n gud as required,
Then use take alu leaves,...
Keep 1 big Alu leaf on table top..
Apply ground masala properly on it..n
Then keep another leaf again .apply masala
again. Keep 3to 4 leaves with repeating same
process.
Make rolls like alu leaves..n steam it in steamer
for 15 minutes..
You can serve these pathrado pieces as it is..
or
shallow fry it .( You can roll each piece n fry..this
is optional)
