My Thali... Drumsticks ,Brinjal n Potato Sukke , Varan ,Rawas n Prawns Curry ,Karela Koshimbir , Roasted Green Chilli Papad ....n...Rice


 Rawas n Prawns Curry..

Recipe...

clean and wash prawns and Rawas fishmake 

pieces of it...

apply salt and haldi.n little of any Fish masala to 

Prawns n Rawas..

I used Everest Fish masala...keep aside..

In a pan take some coconut oil(or any other oil), 

add rai,currypatta,methi seeds,haldi, red chilli 

powder ,everest Fish masala powder then add 

finely chopped ginger garlic , .

fry for few seconds,

add 2 finely chopped Onion ..add finely chopped 

tomato,green chillies chopped

fry till all gets mixed together..

then add salt,some coconut milk,& water ,add 

kokum...add some dhania leaves.then add 

prawns and fish  in to it....add some more 

currypatta while boiling..

 boil it for 5minutes..

fish curry is ready to serve..




Karela Koshimbir...

Recipe..

Chope finely Karela..apply some sa!t n keep for 

15 minutes. Then squeez it n again wash 

it water n squeez it properly to remove 

bitterness of karela..


heat oil in a fry pan add chopped Karela pieces, 

little salt,  and fry till its crispy and  brown in 

colour


In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut, 

little salt, fried Karela, finely chopped green 

chilli, some red chilli powder n dhania leaves 

and lemon juice and mix well.

garnish with dhania leaves and serve.




Drumsticks , Brinjal n Potato Sukke... 


Recipe..

This is a Mangalorean dish.. 

Make long pieces of Drumsticks. make big pieces 

of Brinjal n Potato with skin .

add salt & water in it

then cook it till soft. 

then in a tadka pan fry 1\2 tabsp. of dhania 

seeds, 1/2tsp of white udid dal,& 3-4 red whole 

chillies in few drops of 

oil.

then grind fresh grated coconut, above fried 

things,haldi,&little of chinch with water & make 

paste. 

 add this masala in cooked vegetables...add little 

gud,some salt.& boil it.. keep very little gravy..it 

shud be sukka.

then add tadka with coconut oil,rai,currypatta n  

in it..  sukke is ready to serve.



Varan...

Recipe..

Cook Toor dal nicely till it cooks soft n

 completely cooked in Pressure Cooker adding 

haldi, hing, n ghee.

Then Remove it.. add water as much as you 

need.. boil it for 10 minutes nicely adding 

with salt n sugar as per taste...( You have to add 

some sweetness as this tastes yumm when we

 add gud or sugar in it.). then serve it with 

adding some lemon juice n ghee in it..

Then serve it with hot hot steamed rice.
