Rawas n Prawns Curry..
clean and wash prawns and Rawas fishmake
Karela Koshimbir...
Recipe..
Chope finely Karela..apply some sa!t n keep for
15 minutes. Then squeez it n again wash
it water n squeez it properly to remove
bitterness of karela..
heat oil in a fry pan add chopped Karela pieces,
little salt, and fry till its crispy and brown in
colour
In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,
little salt, fried Karela, finely chopped green
chilli, some red chilli powder n dhania leaves
and lemon juice and mix well.
Drumsticks , Brinjal n Potato Sukke...
This is a Mangalorean dish..
Make long pieces of Drumsticks. make big pieces
of Brinjal n Potato with skin .
add salt & water in it
then cook it till soft.
then in a tadka pan fry 1\2 tabsp. of dhania
seeds, 1/2tsp of white udid dal,& 3-4 red whole
chillies in few drops of
oil.
then grind fresh grated coconut, above fried
things,haldi,&little of chinch with water & make
paste.
add this masala in cooked vegetables...add little
gud,some salt.& boil it.. keep very little gravy..it
shud be sukka.
then add tadka with coconut oil,rai,currypatta n
in it.. sukke is ready to serve.
Varan...
Recipe..
Cook Toor dal nicely till it cooks soft n
completely cooked in Pressure Cooker adding
haldi, hing, n ghee.
Then Remove it.. add water as much as you
need.. boil it for 10 minutes nicely adding
with salt n sugar as per taste...( You have to add
some sweetness as this tastes yumm when we
add gud or sugar in it.). then serve it with
adding some lemon juice n ghee in it..
Then serve it with hot hot steamed rice.
