My Thali.... Arvi Jumping...... (Taro root Dry Spicy Sabji ) , Onion_Tomato Besan Pithle , Palak-Moong Dal Bhaji , Tender Bamboo n Ambada Fresh Pickle,....n....Rice.


 Arvi Jumping...... (Taro root Dry Spicy Sabji )....


Recipe..


 Steam Arvi till soft.. peel it ..make small pices of it.

take little more oil in a pan.. add lots of crushed garlic..fry till slight brown..

Add Arvi pieces.. add haldi,salt & lots of red chilli powder..

and fry it till Arvi pieces get crisp n well mixed.

 it is spicy  so we call it Arvi jumping!!!! 




 Onion_Tomato Besan Pithle


 Recipe...

 Make tadka of oil in a wide kadai or pan. Take add chopped garlic, rai, jeera, green chillies, haldi,hing.. n some chilli powder.


Then add finelly chopped Onion. Fry for some time.

finally add add chopped Tomato ,fry for few minutes...add salt,

then add besan 5 to 6 big tabsps as we need..n fry it for some time...

..keep it on low flame.. stir it till besan gets well fried.

Then add enough water .mix it nicely 1st it shud be watery..like thick batter.

But as it gets cooking ..it will become thick.. Adjust salt if you need.

Add some Jeera powder .mix it.

You can make it semi dry ..or you can keep slight watery..as you like or as you need..

I have made it more watery as served with rice..

garnish with dhania leaves.. serve with hot rotis n rice..





Palak-Moong Dal Bhaji

 Recipe....

soak 2tabsp moong dal in water for 1 hour. chop 1 palak bunch.

make tadka with oil,add rai,udid dal, jeera,crushed garlic pieces,curry patta,whole red chilli, 1 chopped green chilli, haldi..

then add moong dal stir..add some water kip lid &cook till it gets cooked..it shud not over cooked,

then add salt, pinch sugar (optional..you can skip it,)& add palak..cook for few minutes..

Palak Moong Bhaji is ready to serve..

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
