Simple Goad Dal Varan... Recipe.. Cook Toor dal nicely till it cooks soft n completely cooked in Pressure Cooker adding haldi, hing, n ghee. Then Remove it.. add water as much as you need.. boil it for 10 minutes nicely adding with salt n sugar as per taste... You have to add some sweetness as this tastes yumm when we add gud or sugar in it.. then serve it with adding some lemon juice n ghee in it.. Then serve it with hot hot steamed rice.
