Kolhapuri Mutton Curry..

Recipe..

Marinate Mutton pieces  n 1 Potato pieces with its peel with haldi,salt,Green masala with lots of garlic dhania leaves n Green chillies,..

In some oil..Fry long cut onions, Fresh grated coconut n little of sukha grated  Khopra,(dry coconut ) 

Then Fry in few drops of oil ..whole garam masala dry  dhania 

seeds,jeera,lavang,dalchini,black pepper,saunf,),add grated ginger n Grated garlic ginger, 

n some dhania leaves....then grind it..

 In cooker add oil,put kolhapuri masala powder .(which is red masala of red chillies, 

onions,garlic,garam masala & dry coconut which is fried & in powder form)}..

then add some finely chopped onions,tomato fry till soft. 

add ground masala fry add Marinated Mutton pieces n Potato pieces.... fry for few minutes,..then add water & cook it..

kolhapuri Mutton is ready to serve.

 ( when we put kolhapuri masala in oil it gives nice red colour to a curry..it becomes 

yummy .. )

Garnish with dhania leaves n serve with Bhakri or Rotis ..




Mutton Masala Without Coconut...

Recipe..

Marinate mutton with haldi, salt,little of red chilli powder n 2 tabsps of yoghurt.keep 

aside.

then in a pan add 1tssp of oil. add onions long cut, ginger n garlic paste,red kashmiri 

chillies, fry for some time...  grind this masala.

then in cooker take oil..heat it. ..then add chopped 1 tomato, fry add mutton pieces in 

it.stir fry for some time. 

add Dhania powder, Jeera powder , some black pepper powder..n garam masala.. saute 

for few minutes..
 
then add ground masala.add salt.n some hot water in it.n cook mutton till soft.garnish 

with dhania leaces n serve.




 Light n Healthy  Rice Flour  Bhakris or Rotis.....we call it Alaan Roti.. 

very Easy ..quick n tasty Rotis..

Recipe..

 Boil 2 cup of water adding pinch of salt..  

 once it gets boil add Rice Flour 2 cups ..mix it nicely.. then cover it.. n switch off the 

flame.. keep for 5 minutes covered.. 

then knead it nicely when it is hot.. you can use little more water of you need as water 

quantity depends on quality of flour. The dough shud be just like chapati soft atta..

Then keep it covered.. then take one by one round ball n again knead nicely n roll it 

round as big you like..

 then roast it on tawa by both sides.. just twice you have to change up n down without 

any oil... it puffs up nicely.. only good kneading is needed..you can roast it just like Bhakri on flame..

then take it down apply ghee on it.. it remains soft for long time ..even till next day..

 we can eat it with any powder chutney..or wet chutneys or with any curries...

For variation we can use rice flour or jowar  or Bajra or Ragi Flour.. we can mix flours n 

make it as well... try it .. I make it  regularly..

Maharashtrian Goda Masala...Home Made Brahmani Goda or Kala Masala Powder..

 Maharashtrian Goda Masala...    Its a Home made Fresh Maharashtrian  Brahmani Goda Masala powder..I use this this  Masala in my regular  dishes like Amti, Bharali  Vangi, or any vegetables , Many Vegetable   Sabjis,  Dal Rice Khichdi, or Masale Bhaat , we  can even spread this Masala with some oil on  rotis n make rolls n eat. We can make Masala  Chapati. It us used in making Cutlets.. we can  add it in aby non veg dishes with eggs, fish or  meat..  Ingredients..   Use same Big Wati or Cup for measurement . 1...Dhane ( Dry Coriander Seeds )... 4 Big Wati. 2...Regular Jeera (Cummin Seeds.)... 1/2 Wati 3....Shaha Jeera.. 6 tsps. 4...Lavang (Cloves ).... 4 tsps. 5...Dalchini (Cinnamon)... 8 to 10 pieces about 2  inch each. 6.... Methi (Fenugreek Seeds)....1 tsp. 7....Rai (Mustard Seeds)...1tsp. 8....Hing Khada..2 pieces or 3 tsps Hing powder 9...Whole Lal Mirchi... Dry Whole Red Chillies..8  to 10. 10... Haldi ( Turmeric Powder)... 1tsp. 11...Dagadful (stone flower ).. 5 to 6 12... Tej P

Bread Thalipeeth... Very Good Of Use Of Left Over Bread...

Bread Thalipeeth  Recipe... Ingredients.. Brread Slices...5 to 7 big Fine Rawa (Suji ) Green Mirchi (Chillies)..3..4 Garlic ..2 big Dhania leaves.. as needed Onion.. 1 big chopped finely Sugar... 1sp or as per taste Salt..as per taste Water.. as needed Oil.. for frying Method.. Put 5 to 6 bread slices in water..immediately press it n remove water n take it in a bowl, Then add 1cup fine rawa..add salt .little of sugar,  Add chopped finely green mirchi, dhania leaves.n little of garlic grated. ( this time I added 2tsps of green masala.i.I green chillies.,grated garlic n dhania leaves chutnney)   . Add chopped finely onion..n mix it nicely n make dough for thalipeeth.if you need some water u can sprinkle some on the dough n,make ot soft.. Take parching paper or butter paper then apply some oil n keep 1 ball of dough n press it  make round thin like  puri or chapati   Shallow fry it on a pan with applying oil from both sides,make churchuri ( crispy ) n serve it..
