My Lunch Thali... Egg Palak, kuvalya Dhanvi Randayi,(Ash Gourd White Coconut Curry), Bangda Amshe Tikhshe ( Spicy red Curry ), Phulka, n....Rice.

Here is my palak egg recipe.

1.Boil water in a vessel,add palk leaves,green chillies.keep for 1 minute.and strain it and keep it under tap water for1 minute..then grind it.make fine paste.
2.Boil eggs,shell it  and make 2 pieces.
3.In a pan take oil, add all whole garam masala..i.e.tejpatta,lavang, dalchini,elaichi,black pepper.then
Add finely chopped onions.fry for 2 minutes.add grated ginger,grated garlic..saute again till raw smell
vanishes..
4.Add finely chopped tomato.fry till it gets soft.
5.Add dhania powder,jeera powder,haldi,red chilli powder.fry till all masala gets mixed properly.
6.Then add egg pieces.add salt as per taste.saute for 2-3 minutes.
7.Add palak paste.mix it for 2 minutes.
8.Add fresh cream if you like..mix it.in this curry i have added some milk instead of cream.
9.Palak Egg is ready to serve..

Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe...Recipe..

1.Clean 1/2kg Bangda fish & make 2-3 pieces of each.add salt,haldi and keep aside
2.Roast 6to 8 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1/2 minute.
3.Grind 4to 5 tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves,small ball of tamarind.make fine smooth paste with water.
4.Grind 5-6 tirfal with little water and strain it ..or just add tirfals in final round  of grinding masala,just grind it for 2 to 3 seconds.
5.Boil ground masala,tirfal water, by adding some more water.
6.Add fish pieces and boil it till fish is cooked.
7.Sprinkle 1tabsp.coconut oil on the curry,cover with lid.curry is ready..serve with rice.

Just mix Poha..salt..sugar..fresh coconut n  crushed green mirchi..dhane..n jeera together  Sprinkle some water to make it soft.. poha is ready to serve. Tastes good when you serve it with thin Sev..

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
