Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji Recipe.. Remove skin of Suran.. you can take Suran piece  as much as your need. Grate it thicker  not fine. Then place it in a dish n steam it in a steamer     or  in pressure cooker without whistle for 5 to 7  minutes. Do not add any water in grated suran. Then in a pan make tadka with 2tabsps.of oil,  add 1tsp. udid dal ,1/4 sp rai, little of jeera , hal

My Thali...Ash Gourd (Kuvalya or Kohla) Pulissery , Potato Jumping ..n....Rice.

 Potato Jumping.. Recipe.. jumping potato is very easy..take little more oil  add lots of crushed garlic..after grying add  boiled baby potatoes,haldi,salt and lots of red  chilli powder..&fry it till potatoes get crisp..because it is spicy we call it potato  jumping!!!! Take 1cup of pieces. Boil it with1/4 sp Haldi,very little salt , 3to 4  pieces of green chillies n water 1cup . Grind fresh 1/2 cup of grated coconut, 1/4  tsp.jeera , Black Pepper corns 5 to 6., Haldi 1/4  tsp.  Make fine paste.. add 1/2 cup whisked Dahi. Mix it nicely. Then add this mixture in cooked Ash Gourd. Add salt as per taste. Add 7to 8 Curry leaves. Boil   it just for few minutes.. Keep stirring after adding masala.do not  boil it  fully.or Dah

My Thali...Fish Masala , Coconut Tambli ( with onion,ginger)... (Thand Kadhi ) ,Cauliflower Talasani, Fish Rawa Fry.....n...Rice

 Fish Masala.. Recipe.. Wash n Clean Fish ..I have used Pink Sultan  Ibrahim (called Rani Fish in Mumbai )...5to 6  pieces. You can useany fish or prawns. Add salt and 1/2 tsp.Haldi in it.n keep it asie. Shallow Fry these pieces in oil..  Make puree of 1 big Tomao in a grinder. Take 3 to4 tab sp.of oil.. I used that fried fish oil. Add 1/2 sp.of Kalonji. (Optional). Add 3 Finely chopped garlic.. and 1 green chilli  chopped.. stir for few seconds. Add 1tsp.of grated or paste of ginger garlic. Stir it.then add 1/2 tsp.Chilli powder, Haldi1/2  tsp. And add ready Mix Masala powder1tsp. Fry it and add Tomato Puree .add salt.n mix  it..when it gets fried n well mixed add some  water as you need gravy. Then add Fried Fish pieces.. keep lid n boil it for  3to 4 minutes.. Mith Mirsange Phovu .. We call it Kalleylelo Phovu. ( Salt n Green Mirchi Poha ) For Breakfast.... Simple...Quick...No Heating....Without Oil Or Tadka

 Mith  Mirsange Phovu .. We call it Kalleylelo  Phovu. ( Salt n Green Mirchi Poha ) .....   Simple...Quick...No Heating....Without Oil  Or  Tadka....With Lots Of Fresh Grated Coconut.. Ingredients..  Thin Poha.. 4 cups. Green Chillies..4 Dhania seeds...1n half tsp. Jeera..1 tsp. Fresh Grated Coconut...3/4th cup. Salt ..as per taste. Sugar..as per taste..add atleast 1tsp.you can add  little more if you like. Water or Coconut water as needed to mix...add  very little to make Poha soft. Method.. Just mix Poha..salt..sugar..fresh coconut n  crushed green mirchi..dhane..n jeera together  Sprinkle some water to make it soft.. poha is ready to serve. Tastes good when you serve it with thin Sev..

My Thali.... Sindhi Vegetable Kadhi , Batata Soang....Red ,Spicy curry ,Pomfret Fish Fry , Fried Sundried Sabudana batata Chakli....n.....Rice.

 SINDHI KADHI..RECIPE.. In a pan take 3to4 tsp oil and make tadka of rai,  jeera,methi seeds .. add 3 to 4 big tabsp.Besan..fry  till brown...then add some haldi,salt,& red chilli  powder..fry for 1 minute..then keep aside.in  another pan fry 8-10 long pieces of bhendi in  some oil.& keep it aside. in big kadhai or pan make tadka of jeera,methi  seeds,and fry veggies  like 5-6 potato pieces1st  then add 8-10 drumsticks pieced,then handful   gavar big pieces,6-8 , then5-6 cauliflower big  pieces.fry nicely for 7-8 minutes.. then in cooker add fried besan . add 4-5 glasses of hot water,add 2 green chillies,  add  salt as per taste .then add 3 tomotoes boiled  n ground paste.or you can add imli juice in it.,  then add all fried veggies..cook l for only one  whistle ..mix it properly..add more hot water if  needed.give nice boil..then finally add fried  bhendis..and boil it again for 2minutes without  lid..garnish with dhania leaves..and serve with  rice or rotis..
