My Simple Lunch...Simple Ambemohar Rice Pulao with Fresh Green Peas., Anda Rassa or Egg red spicy curry.., Roasted Papad.

 Simple Ambemohar Rice Pulao with Fresh  Green Peas. Recipe... Wash 1 bowl of Ambemohar Rice.n keep it for 15 minutes. In a kadai take some Oil or Ghee .Add 2 Lavang Small.piece of Dalchini, 1 Tamalpatra or  Tejpatta,   1 Green Elaichi. n saute. Then add washed Rice, 1/2 bowl Fresh green  peas.Saute for 2 minutes.add 1tsp.Ginger ,garlic  paste. Saute again.add 2 Green chillies. Add  some salt. If you have Fried onions you can add  it.. (optional ). Saute .. Then add little of Garam masala. Or you can add  Shahi Biryani masala .mix it. Add 2 cups of hot water. Keep lid ..and cook it on  low flame till Rice gets well cooked.. Garnish with Dhania leaves . Simple Rice Pulao is ready to serve. Anda Rassa or Egg red spicy curry.. Recipe..    Sprouted Alsandya (Black Eyed Beans) Ambat... (Amti with coconut ground masala ) Recipe Soak 3 cups of black eyed beans in water for overnight,.next day remove water n keep in  warm place for sprouts.then again add water in it,.n remove skin of each bean.then cook  it with water n salt till it gets soft.n  well cooked...(you can cook it in pressure cooker for  only 1 whistle.) Roast and 10 to 15 methi seeds and 2-3red whole chillies in 1/4tsp of oil in a tadka pan Grind  1.1/2wati fresh coconut, small piece of chinch(tamarind),haldi, and above roasted  masala with some water.make fine paste..then add this  ground masala in the mixture of  well cooked beans. Add salt &mix well..boil it..  Make tadka of 1t to 2tabsps of oil,I use coconut oil..you can use any oil  add 1finely chopped onion,.fry till brown.and  add in the curry..  Prawns Humman.. (Prawns Curry).. Recipe.. 1.Grind 1cup grated coconut, 6 to 7 Whole Red  Chillies as per taste slightly roasted in oil)  Some tamarind or 2 Kokum and make a fine paste. 2.put the ground paste in a pan,add atleast  1tsp.Hing powder mixed in water. add Prawns,salt and little water and boil. 3.And finally once the humman is ready add  1tabsp.of Coconut oil,cover with lid and switch  off the gas. 4.Humman is ready to serve. Palak dal.. Recipe... Cook Toor Dal ,palak, green chillies, garlic, with  water in pressure cooker. Upavasache Thalipeeth For Breakfast...

   Upavasache Thalipeeth... With Upavasachi  Bhajni Flour. Bhajni means roasted..Thalipeeth is just like  Bhakri in Maharashtra..or Doddak in Konkani. Its very nutricious n very healthy as it has  Upavas things like Sabudana, Rajgeera n  Singhada . It is the best for breakfast or even  for lunch or dinner.. Thalipeeth tastes good  with home made Loni ( White Butter.).or Home  made Ghee. You can buy ready Bhajni flour from  shop.and  make it instantly adding some things in it. For Making Thalipeet.. Take 2 cups of flour..add salt, add 1/4th cup  crushed Shengdana (roasted peanuts). Add crushed 2 green chillies finely chopped  with 1tabsp.of Jeera. ,  add finely chopped dhania leaves, Add salt as per taste n sugar (optional) as per  taste. My Thali..Takachi Kadhi ( Buttermilk Kadhi ) , Methi Bhaji Piithla ,Cauliflower Talasani , Red Chilly Papad, Aappinmidi ( Small Tender Kairi) Pickle , ....n....Rice.

  Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi )....  recipe... Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk.. Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, methi seeds , 2 lavang , currypatta, whole red  chilli, hing n Haldi.. then add paste of green chilli n small ginger piece n 3 Garlic cloves...  Then add mixture of Buttermilk n Besan.. Add some sugar n salt as per taste..boil it ...keep stirring it till boil.. or it might curdle.. Add some dhania leaves..garnish it n serve. CauliFlower Talasani..  Recipe... Chop cauliflower in to long pieces.... My Simple Thali Today...Phodnicha Bhaat , Kokum Saar , Methi Batata Rassa Bhaji , Kairi pickle without red chilli powder or oil.

 Phodnicha Bhaat.. Recipe.. Wash rice n keep it for atleast half an hour. Then cook it in water ..do not overcook.you can  even use left over steamed rice if you have. Then in a pan take some oil..add 2cloves, 4 to 5 Black pepper.Rai, Jeera, currypatta, hing, haldi,  green chilli 1 red whole chilli..when tadka  becomes ready addC hopped onion..fry till it becomes soft. Then add Cooked rice, salt ,little of sugar,  Dhania leaves. Mix it properly.. phodnicha Bhaat is ready to serve. KOKUM SAAR..  Recipe.. 1.In a vessel take 4-5cups of water.add 3-4  kokums in it. If its fresh take only 1 or 2..that is  enough. 2.Add 3-4 crushed garlic,2chopped green  chillies,some dhania leaves.add salt,and sugar  as per taste..  3.Boil it nicely .till it gets pink colour . 4.make tadka of 1tabsp.ghee with 5-6 crushed  garlics,and 2 whole red chillies.add in the  saar. 5.garnish with dhania leaves and kokum saar is  ready to serve.  Tingalorya Bendi (white Navy beans red curry). Recipe.. soak white beans for 4hours.. cook it in pressure  cooker till soft.. grind red whole chillies,some cooked   beans,1tabsp.fresh grated coconut,little  Imli(tamarind)..make a fine paste.. then add tirfal seeds in it  ( this is optional..  you can skip it. ) & grind it 1 more time..  mix this masla with cooked beans,add salt..give a nice boil..  make tadka of oil & lots of garlic.. add it in curry..
