My Simple Lunch...Simple Ambemohar Rice Pulao with Fresh Green Peas., Anda Rassa or Egg red spicy curry.., Roasted Papad.


 Simple Ambemohar Rice Pulao with Fresh 

Green Peas.


Recipe...

Wash 1 bowl of Ambemohar Rice.n keep it for 15

minutes.

In a kadai take some Oil or Ghee .Add 2 Lavang

Small.piece of Dalchini, 1 Tamalpatra or

 Tejpatta,   1 Green Elaichi. n saute.

Then add washed Rice, 1/2 bowl Fresh green

 peas.Saute for 2 minutes.add 1tsp.Ginger ,garlic

 paste. Saute again.add 2 Green chillies. Add

 some salt. If you have Fried onions you can add 

it.. (optional ). Saute ..

Then add little of Garam masala. Or you can add

 Shahi Biryani masala .mix it.

Add 2 cups of hot water. Keep lid ..and cook it on

 low flame till Rice gets well cooked..

Garnish with Dhania leaves .

Simple Rice Pulao is ready to serve.



Anda Rassa or Egg red spicy curry..


Recipe..

Make paste of fried ..1 onion chopped n 2 tabsp

 of  fresh grated coconut or dry grated coconut.

In a pan take some oil.

Add chopped 2 garlic cloves.

Saute it.. add 1 finely chopped Onion.n 1

 chopped Tomato..fry it till it gets slightly brown.

Then add Dhania powder n Garam masala..or 

any other kala masala, agri masala or home 

made red masala powder.add salt. n Haldi.

Saute it nicely .

add paste of fried onion and coconut paste.

Mix it nicely ..add water in it.. keep gravy thin.

Then once it starts boiling .add 1st yellow bulk 

of eggs separately.let it get cooked for 3 minutes

Then add white of eggs.n let it get cooked.do not 

stir  it ..

Curry gets ready after eggs get cooked properly.

Garnish with Dhania leaves n serve it.

In A Bowl take Grated Carrot..add Finely chopped little of Onion ( optional..you can skip it.. ),  Add 1to 2 tabsps of Grated Fresh Coconut ,Salt, Lemon Juice.  Mix it properly..Then add Tadka with Ghee , Rai, Curry Patta, Green chilli, small whole  red Chilli , Hing.. Mix it.. Garnish With Dhania Leaves n serve it. Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi ).... recipe... Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk.. Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, me...

 Rava-Kakdi Or Taushe Doddak Or Thalipeeth Or Bhakri... ( Cucumber Doddak ).. I have used our plain regular Green Cucumber. Ingredients... Grated Cucumber (Kakdi).. 1cup..to 1/2 cup. Rava or Suji... ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. Sugar ..1 tsp.or Gud... Small piece as per taste. Oil.. to fry Thalipeeth or Doddak. Water..to mix dough. Method... My Simple Fish Thali After a Long Time.. Bangada Tikhle , Bangda ( Mackerel ) n Bombil (Bombay Duck ) Fry , onion ..n...Rice.

 Bangda (Mackerel )Fish Tikhle Recipe... clean 4 Bangda fish & make 2 or 3 pieces ...add salt,haldi and keep aside  roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania  seeds, 3..4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste  with water. Boil ground masala, by adding some more water. add  Bangda pieces in it.. and boil it  for  5 minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it..n cover it.curry is ready to serve.. cover with lid.
