SURAN KOOT...Recipe...
finely chop suran. add some salt.shallow fry it in some oil in non stick pan..so more oil is not required..make it crisp..fry 1/2 tsp rai, 4-5 methi seeds, 1/2 tsp dhania seeds, ,red chillies 3-4, 1tabsp fresh coconut &some haldi & hing in 1/4sp of oil..grind this with some imli & water.. & add fried suan in it.. mix properly..no need of heating ..suran koot is ready to serve..
