Valache Birde..Recipe

soak val for 6-8 hours in water.then remove 

water and keep it over night in a warm place to get sprouts.


grind coarsely 1 green chilli , 2 tabsp.fresh 

grated coconut n 5to6 garlic cloves.., without 

water..keep it aside.in a pressure cooker 

make tadka with 2tabsp of oil, add 1/2tsp rai, 3-4 

currypatta, pinch hing, 1/2tsp haldi.then add 

ground  masala,add 1tsp kolhapuri masala,or 

goda masala,or garam masala with red chilli 

powder,fry for few minutes.then 

add sprouted 3-to4 wati val.fry for some time..

add 1-2 kokum,.add salt n gud as per taste..mix it..

add little water..cook it for only 1or 2 

whistles.

garnish with dhania leaves...valache birde is 

ready to serve.


Navalkol Phodi...

Recipe.. 

Remove skin from Navalkol. Make round 

medium thick pieces.

Add salt as per taste..add haldi n red chilli 

powder..add crushed Ginger n garlic..add finely 

chopped dhania leaves.

Keep it for 15 minutes.. then roll it in rice 

powder n fine rava mixture..

Shallow fry or deep fry these Phodi till it 

becomes crispy.




Mashroom Soung...

Recipe..

make big round pieces of washed &cleaned 10 to 

12mashrooms.keep aside.. 

in a pan take 2tabsp of coconut oil,add finely 

chopped 3 onions.fry till onions get light brown 

colour,add small Tomato chopped,

add 2tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder,1/4tsp 

haldi,salt as per taste, then add 1/2 tsp of imli 

(tamarind) juice.mix it properly..

then add mashroom pieces in it. mix it..

keep lid cook till get well cooked..mashroom 

soung is ready to serve.




Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi ).... 

recipe...

Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk..

Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, methi seeds , 2 lavang , currypatta, whole red 

chilli, hing n Haldi.. then add paste of green chilli n small ginger piece.. 

Then add mixture of Buttermilk n Besan.. Add some sugar n salt as per taste..boil it ...keep stirring it till boil.. or it might curdle..

Add some dhania leaves..garnish it n serve.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
