Nepali Momos Served with Thin Clear Soup or Shorba n Tomato Chutney or Dip....

  Chicken Momos.. Ingredients... Boneless Chicken Pieces... 1 big or 2 small. Onion..1 Ginger.. 1tab sp.Gingger paste for stuffing Green chillies..2or 3 Spring onion...as needed. Dhania leaves..as needed Soya sauce.. 1/2 tabsp. Momo Masala..1 tabsp. Ready made or home made. Or you canadd little of meat masala as per  taste. Or any chicken noodle masala. Salt.as per taste Outer Cover... Ingredients.. Maida ..1 cup Salt ..as per taste Water about 1 cup. Momo Masala..Home made.. 1tabsp Dhania, 1/4 tsp,methi seeds, 1/2 tabsp.Jeera, 1/4 tabs,black pepper, 1tsp,mutard seeds,  4Green Elaichi,5/6 whole red chillies, 5cloves,small piece of dalchini, 1/4tsp ginger powder,haldi. 2 Tbsps sesame seeds  til Roast til till slight brown separately.. roast all other whole masala ingredients for just 1minute,.n then add haldi n ginger powder in it.. make masala powder. you can preserve these  masala in a bottle For Momos... knead dough with cups of Maida (Plain Flour ) with salt,n water. keep it covered

Idli- White Dhokla with Green Chutney For Breakfast

 Idli -White Dhokla with Coconut Green Chutney For Breakfast..... Recipe....White Dhokla ....Instead of making regular Idlis.. I made White Dhokla with same batter Ingredients... I Soaked 1 Cup of Udid dal for 3 hours..  then ground it in a fine matter like idli batter  then added 1n 1/2 cup of Idli Rawa in it..  kept it for fermentation for 4 to 5 hours then added crushed some green chilli n ginger in it.. n added 1tsp Ino n little sugar.mix it properly.. spread  it in a greased thali..sprinkled chilli  powder n pepper powder  on it. steamed for 10 to 12 minutes. then added tadka with oil, rai, currypatta, green  chillies , til, n hing. . garnished with dhania leaves.n served it with  green chutney.  Thodasa Dish me twist laya!!! Green Chutney.. Grind 1tabsp Fresh grated Coconut, Green  Chillies, 2 Garlic cloves, Jeera, some roasted pea  nuts , Dhania leaves salt n sugar .then add some  lemon juice in it. Make Tadka with oil ,mustrad seeds, currypatta,  n add it in chutney. 

My Thali Today... Raw Banana (kachcha Kela) n kulith (Horse Gram ) Koddel ( Mangalore Curry ), Stuffed Karela ( Bitter Gourd ) Pickle , Karela Koshimbir , Green Mirchi Bhajiya ...n.... Rice.

  Raw Banana (kachcha Kela) n kulith (Horse Gram ) Koddel ( Mangalore Curry ), Recipe.. Soak Kulitb for 4to 5 hours. Add some salt n Cook in pressure cooker till  soft..  Remove skin n Cook raw banana pieces with  little salt In separate vessel . Grind red whole chillies ...fresh grated  coconut,..little imli (tamarind).n some cooked  Kulith...make a fine paste.. You can add some Tirphals if you like.. but its  optional.. if you dont like it ..you can make  without it. Mix all cooked Kulith n Banana pieces  together.. Add this ground masala ,add salt..give a nice   boil adding water as much as you like thin or thick gravy..  Make tadka of oil  (Coconut Oil tastes good but  its optional ) & lots of  crushed garlic..  Add it in curry.. Koddel  is ready to serve.  Stuffed Karela ( Bitter Gourd ) Pickle Recipe.. Easy and quick to make..it tastes yummy when served with dal and; rice....This is a Andhra Pickle. 1.Take small karelas or thin long tender karelas.if it is big make 2 pieces..

My Thali...Nogli or Kane (Lady Fish) Curry ,Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe , Radish , Potato n Onion Sukke ,Natholi (Anchovies ) and Bangda Fish Fry , Steamed Rice Shevayi n Rassu (not in pic ).

  Nogli or Kane (Lady Fish) Curry Recipe..... 1. Clean n wash Nogli Fish. Apply somme Salt .n  Haldi. Keep aside. 2. Grind Fresh Coconut ,Haldi, whole red chilli,  Dhania Seeds with Water.n make Fine paste. 3. in a pan take this ground masala..add salt,  kokum, green chilli long cut, Ginger pieces long thin pieces.1/onion finely  chopped. add water as much as you need..Boil  it  properly,,then add Fish in this curry n just give a  boil.. 4. Make Tadka with Coconut Oil n 1/2 finely  chopped Onion.Add it in Fish Curry., n serve. Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe... Recipe.. 1.Clean 1/2kg Bangda fish & make 2-3 pieces of  each.add salt,haldi and keep aside  2.Roast 8to 10 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of  oil for 1/2 minute. 3.Grind 2 tabsp grated coconut,6 to 8 whole red  chillies,..I have used Kashmiri n Bedgi chillies mixed.1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves,small ball of  tamarind.make fine smooth paste with water. 4.Grind 5-6 tirfal with little water and strain it  or just add tirfals in f
