Fresh Soft Pavs Baked At Home.

Thanks Bhavani Masurekar For this Awesome Pav Recipe...                                                Ingredients... 1. Maida (Plain Flour)... 4 cups. 2. Instant Dry Yeast... 1 & 1/2  tabsps. 3. Luke Warm Water..1 & 1/2 cup..you might need little more..it depends upon Maida . 4. Olive Oil.. 2to 3 tabsps. 5. Sugar... 1 tsp. 6. Milk.... About 1 tabsp.to brush . 7. Butter... 1 tabsp.to brush the Baked Pavs 8. Salt.. 1 tsp. Method.. 1. Add yeast in luke warm water, add 1 tsp sugar in it and let it froth for 5 mins. 2. add 1 tsp salt to the Maida . 3  Then this activated yeast. 4  Start kneading dough.While kneading you might need little more luke warm water to make it sticky dough. 5. Go on kneading. knead very well. The more you knead the better. While kneading add olive oil. Approx 2 To 3tbsp. You will have to knead it atleast for 10 to 15 minutes. 6. Idlis..Recipes Ingredients.... 1. Udid Dal... 1 cup 2. Rice.. Ponni or Idli Rice... 3 cups if grinding in table top grinder with stones.. or  2 cups if grinding in regular mixie 3.  Methi Seeds.. 6 to 8 seeds 4.  Salt as per taste or 1 tsp. 5.  Water ... to  soak n  Grind. 6.  Oil.. little to grease idli moulds 1. Soak Udid dal , Rice n Methi seeds separately in water for 3 hours. 2. Then Grind   in the table top grinder with stone. .but 1st grind udid dal with adding little little at a time ...dont add all the water at a time. N grind it for more time..so udid dal textures comes very well.then remove it. 3.  Then grind rice finely . 4..Mix both the batters.keep batter thick.n keep for fermenting for overnight.. 5. Udid n Moong Dal Dosa Recipe.. Ingredients.. 1.  Udid Dal ..1Cup 2.  Yellow Moong Dal..1 Cup 3.  Green Chillies... 2to3 4. Ginger... small piece 1 inch 5. Hing.... 1/4tsp. 6. Water..to grind. 7. Salt.. as per taste or 1/2 tsp. Method.. 1....    1cup White Udid Dal to 1cup Yellow Moong dal,. soak it for 2 to 3 hours. 2....     Then grind it with green chilli,some ginger n hing n salt with water, 3... make batter ready just like other Dosas. 4.... then immediately make dosas..  Chutney Powder.. Eggless Biscuit Cake in Pressure Cooker

Biscuit cake  .. Ingredients.. 1. 2 cups powdered glucose biscuits 2. 3/4 cup hot milk. 3. 1/4 cup choco horlicks or bournvita Or Cocoa Poweder unsweetened.If you r using unsweetened cocoa Powder then add 3 to 4 tbsp of Sugar powder. 4.  1/4 tsp baking powder 5. 1/2 tsp baking soda 6. Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp. Method.. 1. Mix the hot milk and horlicks,or coco powder,vanilla and mix well. 2. Mix all dry ingredients i.e. Glocose Biscuits Powder,Baking Powder n Baking Soda. 3. Then add the milk mixture. 4.  Put in a greased baking dish or cooker steel vessel n keep Parchment  Paper in side the bottom of it. Then add Cake Batter in it. 5. And heat a cooker (remove whistle and rubber). Now place cooker stand ..and the baking dish put cooker lid and 5 mins on high and then 20 mins on medium low. 6. My Lunch Thali.. Bhendi n Prawns Rassa, Beetroot Raita, Cauliflower -Dal Ambat (Amti ), Fresh Haldi Pickle, Home made Rice Papad, n... Rice.

CauliFlower Ambat Recipe... Boil big10 to 15 pieces of cauliflower pieces with some salt and water. Cook1cup Toor Dal in pressure cooker till very soft. then mash it.add cauliflower pieces in it.fry less than 1/4 methi seeds in few drops of oil add 3-4 whole red bedgi chillies in it.grind together fresh 1 cup grated coconut,small piece of chich, 1/tsp haldi,and fried methi & red chillies in to a fine paste. add this ground masala in dal and cauliflower pieces mixture.add salt as per taste. , pinch sugar(optional).boil it.then make tadka of oil and add 1finely chopped onion.fry till brown and add in curry.Ambat is ready to serve. Beetroot Raita..              Cook Beetroot big pieces with some  salt n little water. in the pressure cooker.then peel it.make small pieces..then add finely chopped onions.add  curd.add salt if you need.mix it nicely.then make tadka with ghee adding mustard seeds, currypatta, red whole chillie piece, choppped green chilli
